    I like it , It's the bank with great services, usually with good customer services . Very nice logo . Fantastic mobile bank ( which is same Halifax and Bank of Scotland) You can compare Lloyds and Halifax as a sister and brother , Different building but same method and same operation or function . This branch of bank has a renewed building with classic entrance which is very impressing.

    I think that the staff at this branch are excellent with their customers, and very keen to help you with anything you need help with. I have mental health issues and I struggle with basic tasks. The staff will take time to talk you through the process politely and very nice about doing it. Making sure that you don't feel like your stupid. I really like going here 👍

    Terrible experience!!! It has been a month since I have applied for opening a bank account. I have visited bank for more than 4 times. Each time they say that you'll receive mail in 24 hours and to never receive anything. There is no clear response as to why this is taking this much time. Even customer care officers are saying that they'll look into it and mail the details. I have never seen a bank taking this much time just to open a bank account.

    Excellent service yesterday from Sadaf after I was unable to access account information on my mobile. She was determined to help and finally found a work around for me by using the app. Many thanks for not giving up!

    In line for over 15 minutes Two staff on tills, one working and giving out cash one not. Then finally another member of staff joins the till 15 minutes later. Instead of walking around asking what we want getting on a till would be a great place to start instead of having 15 customers waiting in a que.

    I am staggered by the contempt they have for disabled customers. Having been previously forced to wait 25 minutes for service despite my obvious disability today I took a ticket and waited 20 minutes for my number to be called only for the staff member to decide she'd jump 4 numbers and serve someone who'd just arrived (10:15 approx. Hotel Street Branch 03-11-2022) I presented her with the ticket and left. She did nothing to assist me. It takes me an hour to get dressed and longer to get to the branch only to be ignored. I am no longer physically capable of retrieving my money from my account because of their inept service. I am in constant pain, all I want is someone to help me.

    I visited the bank, it is now 03:36pm. There are 13 customers waiting. The receptionist is not friendly and does not answer questions easily. She is tense and nervous and does not smile. I have been waiting for 45 minutes just to replace an old card. No more. I have been a customer of this branch for more than Eight years ago, unfortunately, today I decided to follow my wife, who moved to Barclays Bank. Very poor service the branch is so dirty as you can see in the photos there where no pin in 😅

    A massive thank you to my mortgage advisor Sian Cassidy, who definitely went over and above to secure my mortgage approval. A real asset to Lloyds, and was great at ensuring the customers needs were met. Sue Halliwell was also great at doing the final step of transferring monies. Professional and friendly attitude. This reaffirms why I have been banking with Lloyds for over 25 years

    Today I had an appointment with Steve Crewe and all the way through he was professional and down to earth and gave me great advice. He went above and beyond with our consultation and I appreciate his advice.

    I went in to inform of a death, kept waiting 30 minutes and walked out. Next visit got seen by the lovely Olivia then was promised a call to finalise details and it never came. Shocking service.

    I have an excellent support during my visit to Lloyds Bank Bolton. A member of the taff Mr Steve Crewe, he is of good help when i visit Lloyds Bank Bolton. I will recommend the Bank to anyone the best customer service ever

    I have spent 3 hours trying to speak to someone on the phone. Every time I get cut off and told to use the support app. I have been waiting 40 minutes on the support app and still no one has responded. What an absolute joke. The bank’s number is automated and also cuts you off and directs you to the support app.

    Today, Saturday at midday the bank was unusually quiet. The counter staff were unable to help with my request and I will have to contact the bank directly.

    40 minutes until they close and the counter is closing. The counter assistant who has been gabbing to her colleague, who is leaving, for 10 minutes decides to bark at me that they are closing and she won't serve me. The day before they had a power failure and couldn't serve. As a new customer, I've had an extremely poor experience with this branch

    Terrible ordeal – resolving problems took an excessive amount of time. The staff lacked the know-how and displayed unkind behavior. Their treatment of elderly individuals was impolite.
