love
this
weight
training
club,
it's
welcoming
and
has
a
good
positive
vibe.
People
tip
you
a
nod
or
say
hello
-
it's
friendly.
There
is
a
good
variety
of
equipment
to
use
-
I'm
learning
as
I
go,
I
get
a
few
tips
as
I
train
which
is
great
for
a
starter.
Upstairs
there
are
spin
cycles
I
use
for
warm
up
exercises
plus
exercise
mats
etc.
Downstairs
there's
a
newer
section
with
bench
presses,
good
selection
of
barbells
and
dumbbells,
leg
curl,
wire
etc
etc
-
it's
brilliant.
I've
talked
with
the
duty
staff
and
board
members
-
Craig,
Paul,
Steve
and
Sammi
all
lovely
and
genuine
with
a
passion
around
weight
training.
I'm
thrilled
to
going
there
and
with
the
January
blues
it
really
gives
me
something
to
look
forward
to
in
the
week.
