Much better than the Leeds pdsa. There is a certain lady vet here who is so kind and caring she went out of her way to save our teacup chihuahua Roscoe. The Leeds branch wanted to put him to sleep the week before we came to the Bradford branch because the Leeds branch said he was too old to treat he is only 10 years old! The lady emergency vet went above and beyond to save his life and a year later he is in perfect health. 😊♥️ thank you so much to the vet at pdsa Bradford. ♥️😊

I had to bring my cat as an emergency because she'd eaten some rat poison. The receptionist behind the counter was so rude and judgemental..I've never been so embarrassed in my life. I knew I had to pay for the consultation/medicines etc (as I'm not on benefits) and it wasn't an issue, but the way she carried on, loudly, was shameful...asking me how many houses I own?!?!? Then she went round the corner and spoke bad of me in earshot of the people in the waiting room, wow!!! The actual vets/nurses are amazing, but the reception staff need to be taught manners/customer service.

Always polite, helpful, and caring. Everything from information over the phone, to an actual visit was brilliant. In the very stressful for me circumstances, PDSA staff was very calming, reassuring, and helpful. For Juno, every visit starts with kisses and strokes. She's genuinely excited for every trip to vets

Sadly my darling boy was sent to doggy heaven on Friday the 14th October. We were told on the Wednesday that my boy had mouth cancer and that he was suffering . We were utterly heartbroken and decided not to be selfish and do the boy proud. We had one last amazing beautiful day with Reggie before he left us. Dan the vet was absolutely fantastic with us all,he really took care that we were all prepared for what was to come, My Reggie fell asleep in my arms on my chest while I kissed him good bye He was my heartbeat,my boy,my Reggie.xx

Circumstances in life somehow change. So thankful for these vets, even if I still have to pay something. Staff kind and helpful even though it’s very busy and they seem under a lot of pressure. The place will be very busy but the waits are not too long. If it was suitable maybe a waiting place for cats/smaller animals and one for large dogs!

Wouldn't take your pet here unless your willing to take a risk in losing your pet. Always find ways to make sure they get the most out of people. The drugs they are handing out are out of date, ment to be a hospital but doesn't have half the Facilities a normal vet does, they use drugs to smoke that instead of finding the problem. Also a dog was run over on Wakefield Road, a kind man took that dog to pdsa only to refuse to treat the dog due to him not being the owner, man had to watch for 15min while a dog dead in his arms outside there door. They also made 4.5million pound in profit 2022

This vets practice in some circumstances will advise you to have an animal put to sleep if it saves them money. This was my experience and they looked shocked when I told them another private vet said treatment can be given. They soon turned their tune and offered minimum treatment after I refused their advice to have a cat put to sleep. 1 year on the cat is doing fine after blockage in the urinary tract. I have got into debt paying private but so be it , -they should advise of all options rather than say the only option is euthanasia. They have since contacted me requesting payment....Guess what they can whistle. I have previously used the pdsa and always paid above the odds but nol onger have confidence in them. They say the treatment was carried out by a private vet at their clinic albeit at a reduced cost yet they want £200 plus. If you can get a second opinion I would advise this in some situations. I appreciate not everyone can do this but on this occasion my experience with them was unprofessional. How many loved pets are put to sleep unnecessary. The pdsa are just like private vets...its a business and all about money. I donated regular also but never again. Appaling service. Will never use again. They can shove their response also. Money Talks and vets are charlatans. The pdsa is not what it once was. The founder would turn in Her grave.

Used Online features to request an appointment, staff member called ne very polite professional arrange an appointment. I then used the online service to arrange for an alternative appointment. Different members of staff rang me with the same level of politeness and professionalism. Top service, I haven't been into the practice, so I will follow up with full review.

Highly recommend Bradford PDSA Pet Hospital for end-of-life care. Decided to have our beautiful 15-year-old (+) rescue cat, Meeka Bear, euthanized so he didn't have to struggle anymore and the staff were very caring and gentle towards him.

Initially really happy with how quick they got me an appointment. Communication pretty poor, when I had to make the awful decision of how to let my fur baby go, no call back and didn't know what had happened to him to phone up the day after to be told they don't deal with the cremation and that I needed to ring a private company. Was a little upset to say the least. At least the Crematiorian people were on the ball.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Helped my lab put straight away on an emergency visit. Definitely recommend using them just due to how knowledge the staff are. Whilst I was there they were even bringing in agency staff to ensure they had enough capacity. Very empathetic

They looked after my cat woody amazingly. Can't thank them enough. The service we received was faultless and we are greatful. The staff were so nice and really looked after my buddy. After being told if he didn't eat within 24 hours to bring him back ,just thought I would let you know that as soon as he got home he ran straight to the food bowl,he loves his food, not even a dental could keep him away from his bowl. Thank you again

Really nice reception staff. The vet was really nice I could tell she cared. Was happy with everything she did and how she explained it to me in a way you can understand. Happy to take any of my pets there.

Always caring, both to pets and owners. £20 CONSULTATION FEE, is so reasonable for the peace of mind they give to you.. Would recommend to anyone simply because of their caring attitude. Whatever is wrong with your pet they will ensure the pet is comfortably and not frightened.

An absolute boon for pet owners on benefits, make veterinary care for your loved pets affordable. But please don't take advantage, if you're not entitled to the free care, PAY! If you don't, someone more vulnerable misses out on care for their pet. We saw a perfect example whilst we were there, BMW driver with big dog, on third visit without supplying evidence of benefit entitlement, expecting free care, it's just not right.

Absolutely wonderful staff. Vet nurse Kay and vet Rebecca looked after my dog Bella and were amazing with her. So calm and gentle. Thank you so much 💗
