Having great hopes for this place as I have looked everywhere for a special birthday and having used Elite in Manchester and my family having bought things from the shop, I was excited to visit. Very very rude staff one did not make eye contact, the other lady looked me up and down constantly, I actually felt like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman! I was willing to spend quite a lot of money in this shop but there was nothing in there that was suitable for the look I am going for. As the staff were so rude, I would never go back and I have told friends, family and colleagues not to go here either. A little customer service goes a long way ladies ! Also do not look down your nose at people when your attire was not really a great advert for the shop!

This place used to be a hidden gem going back a year or so with top end designer wear and accessories which were 9/10 immaculate or in excellent condition. However I was was passing there last week hoping to pick up a little treat I was shocked at how much of a dump the place had become. The bag and accessories were fab, however the rails were ram packed with clothes that I could only assume were charity rejects. Combination of New look, Next, and just general junk that were beyond tatty with a price label of £4. Not the odd T-shirt, that’s the majority of the the clothing . There was a time these types of clothing were refused on inspection in order to maintain that high level of choice, instead it’s an extension of TK max. Staff are great, helpful and have the knowledge about certain designers but it’s a shame the stock isn’t up to scratch anymore .

The staff are awful. No customer skills whatsoever. Customers seem to be an inconvenience. It's beneath them to acknowledge anyone who enters the shop. One can only presume they must be related to the owners - why else would you employ people with such a bad attitude?

Great agency, with top quality staff and lovely beautiful clothing and accessories. So sorry to hear about Natalie and the tragic events which enfolded on Thursday. A beautiful, articulate and very pleasant asset to the agency, who will be very badly missed o doubt by family, friends, all who knew her personally and customers. A lovely person. XXX

A fantastic hidden gem! Superb staff who really go out of their way to help you find that little something, it's always a pleasure shopping here. Can be slightly addictive as you really don't know what treasures you will find from a pretty scarf to the perfect winter coat. Have purchased many beautiful items at such a bargain price that still have the original tag still on them. The stock is in extremely good condition, shop is spotless and airy and you can easily lose an hour just browsing. Staff are so friendly you can't help have a good gossip and giggle with them whilst shopping or very easily be left alone to shop in your own little bubble. Highly recommend *****

Great place to buy or sell unwanted high end items

You can sometimes find some great stuff here, and at very good discounted prices. Today I bought 3 good tops for £52.00: a Gant shirt, a Ralph Lauren shirt and a Timberland jumper. However, don't go here for shopping, go for browsing, you may be lucky.

Once was very good place to shop.. Now very over priced for second hand clothes.. Can buy new for the same price

This place is my most favourite shop ever 😍 no matter what day of the week or what time you visit you never know what treasures you will find.. its beautifully set out with colour coordinated sections of clothing, and as you are buying pre-loved pieces there is usually a surprise or two. Shoes, accessories, ladies and menswear it really is one of the treasure troves of our high street. I've never had such a great wardrobe and I cannot recommend these guys enough. Designer clothing at more affordable prices

I have been a customer here for a few years and have picked up some timeless classic pieces. The staff are warm and friendly and I love the pre-loved focus. I can thoroughly recommend this fascinating place and experience.
