    Sara is a bright star in this world! Her laughter, sense of humour and joy is infectious. You can't help but laugh and feel good. Laughter is often talked about in the context of helping mental health, and I would love to add that laughter has helped improve my physical health too! Thank you Sara for taking the time to offer these sessions. It has brought me joy and improved my health and well being :)

    What a great experience I had attending the Laughter Yoga Leaders training run by Sara. Who knew learning could be such a laughing matter and that laughter had so many positive well being benefits? Sara was very enthusiastic whilst ensuring that we had a thorough training. She is totally dedicated to spreading Laughter Yoga and supporting the new leaders that she trains. If you are even half considering attending a training, I would heartily say, "go for it!" you will not regret it.

    I recently took part in a laughter yoga session with Sara and it was unbelievable! Sara is a fantastic facilitator and she made me feel like a little child again. It's amazing how these sessions can improve your wellbeing and mental health. Thank you Sara for an amazing session! I can't wait for the next one :D

    Just had an enjoyable 2 days learning how to facilitate a Laughter Yoga club. Sara, our teacher, is very friendly & provided a great venue. I immediately felt completely at ease with the other participants, partly as Sara had organised an on-line meet-up previously. She provided all the course materials we needed & we soon began practice the Laughter Yoga components, which led to us achieving our Certified Laughter Yoga certificates before we left. I now feel confident that I can go out into the community & help other people learn the benefits of using Laughter Yoga; especially as I know that Sara will always be there for advice :]

    Could not recommend Sara enough! Sara came in to run Laughter Yoga workshops for our staff conference, and from the initial emails right through to after the conference Sara has been lovely to work with. Staff that attended the workshop gave raving reviews, saying how comfortable Sara made them feel and how well it was delivered, and how much they enjoyed trying something new. Laughter Yoga is definitely one to try and it has so many benefits for your mental health! If you're on the fence about trying it, see this as your sign to give it a go- I promise you won't regret it!

    Good opportunity to get together as a team and do something a little outside our comfort zone - but with great results. The Blue Monday ( Balloon Monday) sessions with Sara, helped us connect with our inner child and to learn some activities to help bring joy and laughter to raise our spirits. Thank You

    I completed the 2 day laughter yoga leader training this weekend. Well, that's the most enjoyable and joyous training I've ever done.... Not only is it educational, great for my personal development and full of laughter (as you would expect!), but it was also inspirational and highly motivational. If I become half as good a laughter yoga leader as Sara Kay, I'll be very pleased with myself indeed. She was fun, knowledgeable and a fabulous role model. Brilliant group of fellow delegates too. I feel ready to share laughter yoga with others.... and have fun doing it. Thank you Sara. 😂🤣😂🤣

    Laugh, I certainly did. Enjoy myself, I certainly did. Feel great after, I certainly did. This was such a joy-filled experience with Sara. Thinking back on it now, fills me with a sense of fun and lightness. Laughter Yoga with Sara was such a beautiful tonic and something I would love to do again and again.

    Amazing, improves mood/wellbeing/positivity levels etc, excellent delivery. Was reluctant to go at first, wondering what it would be like and whether I would enjoy it and feel comfortable - but I am so glad I took the plunge. Laughter yoga, is amazing and I would honestly recommend it to everyone. Sara is a brilliant laughter yoga teacher, her sessions are fun, vibrant and so friendly and welcoming... give it a try, you've got nothing to lose and lots of really positive benefits to gain! :D

    Sara came into our office and conducted a 30 minute laughter yoga/wellness laughter session for our team and it was absolutely fantastic! Sara managed to bring the silliness out of every single one of us and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. The questionnaire we took before and after proved that following the session, everyone was feeling a lot more positive and less stressed. Cannot wait to book in the next session with you Sara!

    Laughing with Sara always brightens my day! Each session is a unique experience that always fills my lungs with laugh-t-air, and surprises and delights my funny bone! Sara is adept at balancing the basics for newcomers with keeping it fresh for the regulars. She shines such lovely light, love, and laughter through the Zoom-iverse!

    Sara was the speaker last night at our rotary group. She gave us an insight into her background and how she used laughter to support her mental well-being and then demonstrated a few easy exercises we could all do at home. I had a really good laugh, felt relaxed and invigorated and I would definitely recommend Sara and laughter yoga

    I attended one of Sara's laughter yoga sessions this evening. It does what it says on the tin!!!!! We laughed and Boy, did we laugh!!! It was fun, and more than that. Sara's knowledge of how it can benefit one in so many ways, her explanation of what we were doing, and the care she took with us, was almost as infectious as the laughter. Came out feeling invigorated and smiling, which is never, ever, a bad thing. Thanks Sara and it has been a joy to meet you and start to get to know you. All power to you with the gift you give to the world!!!

    We chose Sara to deliver a workshop to a group of young people we were working with who were joining in with sessions on helping them to live their best life. We chose Sara as we felt laughter is the best medicine and it was something different for our young people to try. Sara was very skilled with the work and information she provided and we felt in safe hands as she made the session very safe and comfortable for everyone. Sara was punctual for the sessions and provided lots of content and fun filled activities for the young people. She was extreamly friendly and provided excellent communication so we knew what to expect from the sessions. Our clients really enjoyed the session. Some of our young people were initially shy to join in but Sara made everyone feel comfortable and let everyone join in at their own pace and by the end of the session we were all in fits of laughter! Would definitley reccomend!

    Sara Kay's Laughter Yoga sessions are a lot of fun. I didn't know what to expect when I joined the first session and felt extremely awkward and self conscious but Sara was welcoming and very quickly put me at ease. It is easy to be swept along with her enthusiasm and dynamic energy and her directions are easy to follow. I now really look forward to her weekly session where I can play with childlike silliness and from which I emerge feeling brighter, calmer, and more smiley. Sara has a natural warmth and kindness, as well as her authenticity as she delivers the sessions which I highly recommend.
