Since signing up with Zoom EV, I have benefitted from several of their partner Company's offers. Customer support is superb with helpful advice and follow-up. Early days yet, but so far very impressed with Zoom EV and their partnership benefits.

Zoom EV membership came with my new car. I have used a few of the benefits but find it difficult to remember what I'm entitled to so I've probably missed out on a lot. I like the regular emails.

Zoom EV were absolutely fantastic in helping us go electric. From helping us choose the right EV (Model Y), getting the right charging unit and working with our accountant to get it sorted through our business, the support and guidance was excellent. They even provided access to their EV Benefits scheme which meant we got a discounted charging unit as well as a host of other benefits. I would thoroughly recommend speaking to and leasing through them.

What a great experience. I was kept up to date on the progress of my car. On the day of delivery, the driver called 45 minutes before his arrival to check everything was ok. When he arrived, we went through the key features of the car. We then went out for a quick drive before I dropped him off at the train station. I couldn't recommend the company more.

Excellent benefits and savings when using Osprey public charging stations.

Up to now only used Ospreys one month free chargers. I had trip to France in May which saved me a lot of money for the total month I saved £170

I've just talked to Alice at ZOOM-EV about the features of the Benefits Package that Waylands KIA provide with my new PHEV. Alice was excellent. If you want to know all about the options available Alice will do this perfectly.

Hard to follow instructions. I’m not really sure of what my bundle consists of. I have a charge card that I have never used as pods don’t take it. Would appreciate guidance

The free month charging with Osprey and the subsequent reduced rate was worth having and encouraged us to try Osprey charge points, which we are very satisfied with. We got £50 off the installation of our home charge point which was worth having though I may have got a better deal shopping around. We have not used any of the other benefits as far as I can recall.

I was happy at first but 3 week after I purchase the bundle, the osprey chargers increased their price, so the zoom EV discount went up by 8p so now its over 41p a Kw not the 32p that was advertised when I bought the bundle. Being a partner with osprey surly you knew this was going to happen and a heads up on your site would of been nice, as that’s the only reason I bought the package!

Great EV benefits. The EO charger discount and Osprey free month of charging were especially valuable.
