Good easy parking excellent access there's also a lift to the first floor we have always found the staff helpful. I enjoy looking around some really interesting simple gadgets to help with cooking i found small plastic egg poachers perfect egg less than 2mins.and i love a poached egg

There are two floors. The kitchenware there are all in high quality and useful. Nice to walk around for a noon.

Always a great place to shop with really friendly staff and not usually too busy. Currently a good selection of Christmas stock in store.

Most products are excellent! The air fryer I bought was a waste of time.I also bought chip & veg chopper the potatoes got stuck in it, a complete was of time. I was very disappointed.Normally the products are great.

Lakeland has everything you need for the home plus items you didn't know were available. We don't live local to Lakeland but, when we do go we always spend a fortune. A beautiful shop and all staff are friendly & helpful yet very professional. Keep up the good work, especially through these difficult times.

Went to Lakeland to buy a cordless vacuum. I was served by Sue B who was So helpful. I couldn t decide between two but she showed no impatience & helped me make a good decision. So good to meet helpful people. Thank you.

Lakeland has a lot of useful "stuff". However, it is pricy, but sweetens the pill with pleasant and helpful staff.

Well stocked with very helpful and friendly staff. It makes a real change to step into a retail store where there are knowledgeable, well trained staff on hand to help make your shopping an enjoyable experience.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. The Christmas Products are in and l am afraid l couldn't resist buying some Christmas Present's! The product's they stock are good quality and not stupid money for the quality in my opinion. There is plenty of parking available. I haven't ever had any reason to be disappointed with their product's! There are Toilet Facilities if required. Also there is a lift if you are not good using the staircase. Ask and a member of Staff will direct you. If you cannot find something? Ask. Enjoy your shopping!

Fantastic. Was after a multifunctional cooker. Small for living out of a hotel, while working. The one I'd decided to get was available. Brilliant staff, pointing out the alternative I'd seen and another two I hadn't seen online.

Poor experience after the way Kay spoke to us while looking for a quiet spot to feed my daughter. As we don't know the area, we thought there may be a coffee shop indoors. After discovering there wasn't, we wondered outside and looked for a quiet spot to sit while so I could BF my daughter. Kay F came chashing after us and spoke to us like something off the floor. Won't be purchasing the coffee machine after all.

My wife and I really like this shop. It is old fashioned in the best possible way. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly and never pressure you to buy anything. Support it if you can. If we lose such places they will be gone forever.
