Been here a few times now. Only bad thing I can say is that the petrol pumps don't work properly and charge you even if no petrol comes out. Once I used the pump, began to fill up and nothing came out until I reached £1 then the petrol came out so slow. I did complain but they said they have nothing to do with the pumps😅. A petrol station that has nothing to do with the pumps! WOW! I just left.....

Typical Shell prices for a busy road (so not cheap). I've not used for a while as last time my debit card was cloned twice at this station, but didn't know it was here until soon after the 1st. 2nd time was the 1st and only use of the brand new card so couldn't have been anybody else. The card machine "wasn't working" so they used they old paper roller method. I know other people that have had the same. Never used Shell again.

I was ripped off by being over charged on contact less then when i went back i was told by the person working"I cant help you it wasn't my shift!" and he expected me to return whenever that person was next on shift to resolve it! Really poor customer service and disgusting that such a large company can't issue a refund without it being by the actual person who messed up when its THEIR FAULT aswell .. i have never heard of that before!

This is the worst shell petrol station ever visit in and around greater Manchester he the Indian guy is very rude not let use the toilet and can't explain you why I will never come back or recommend to any one

Jet wash took money then didnt work. Staff refused to refund anything and totally unhelpful so never again

2 of the outlets didn't work and finally had to fill in at 3rd. Waste of time.

Always use this garage and pay the clerk then without no evidence or anything accuses me of not paying which is bazzare he told me I did it couple months ago lol I gave him my number also told him if I have so I will pay What makes it even more disgusting he is telling me this with whole.load of people in store embarrassing can somone from shell get in contact if so I will am willing to pay 10 pounds lol as I stolen fuel

Easy access and polite assistant.

Not happy, requested a parcel to be delivered here and because scanner wasn't working it got returned. Not notification of this so wasted journey. Don't give an option for delivery of you cant fulfill requirements. I will be speaking to manager and putting a formal complaint in
