    Thursday 19th at 4am. Server on left queue slow argumentative and drinking orange juice wiping his mouth with his hand. Ugh… Don’t the staff have breaks? My right queue had a male and female - female was confrontational said my order of a Latte was an Americano with milk and tried to tell me why Costa is wrong. My request for filling the water bottle was met with a torrent of ranting. Unpleasant unhygienic staff working there today. Management - please tackle this. Thank you.

    My experience at Costa coffee was horrible today 23 August 2022 at about 4pm I qued for ages that's no problem but very slow at serving and getting through people. I finally got to the till and wanted a cake to my disbelief the cakes where crawling with flies I saw the girl beside me make a face like she was going to barf! It was a mutal understanding anyway I opted for a sandwich instead something wrapped in plastic. I ordered a hot chocolate and a latte off the women serving I saw her making a latte and what looked like a Americano. I said to her is that hot chocolate she said no you asked for latte and Americano I said I didn't I don't even drink that so why would I ask for it she had a rotten attitude all most sausy like she didn't want to be there. She reluctantly made another one So I sat down with my hot chocolate and sandwich and a different girl started shouting where closing get out. They where fast enough to take my money and should have told me this before I paid you need to learn some manners Costa terrible customer service! I fly through Manchester alot wouldn't go here again!

    I’ve just stood in line for 45 minutes whilst ONE GIRL makes drinks. I remember this being same as high street speed. What a shambles. What’s the excuse Costa? Avoid!

    Very poor service, i ordered frappe, got some kind of smoothie and then staff arguing with me that's a frappe when it's clearly not. Rudeness without limits and those kind of people are employed there.

    Closed before their closing time. Argumentative when asked why. Terminal 3 has very little going for it, why close the only place to easily get a coffee at 7pm?

    Weak coffee, dry pastries and damned expensive for appalling service. Shame there aren’t any other options. Intended to dine in but they were so slow that it ended up take away - never again, water from WHSmith will do me fine next time

    As a person who worked for Costa coffee before, I was disappointed in service . There is issues with queue management, wait times are super long . I’ve got 2 drinks , one of them wasn’t right . I didn’t asked to remake it , as obviously there was already people waiting behind me and it would take couple of minutes again. Lady who made them did said sorry. More staff should be present at busy times. Ladies who were there at that time, didn’t looked that they enjoy what they do anyway. In this type of job, you need to be smiling, no matter how long the queue is or how tired you are unfortunately. Wasn’t happy with the service and wait times .

    While the place was spacious and had plenty of seating options, I was disappointed to find that the queues were long and the service was slow. The staff did not seem particularly happy which made the wait even more frustrating. To make matters worse, when I finally received my coffee, it did not taste good. I hope that Costa coffee can address these issues in the future to improve the experience for their customers.

    Only got three things, two drinks and a bacon bap, cost me £9.53. It's overpriced as hell, also the water bottle I payed an unholy price for doesn't even close properly and spilt all in my carry-on. Genuinely the worst Costa I've ever been to

    Very busy coffee shop but honestly a really good atmosphere. People who are working there trying as much as they can. Underpaid and understaffed ( only two people serving) but still positive vibe. It might be a nightmare working there with 24h queue. A bit overpriced.

    Worst Costa ever. I've ordered a flat white and I got a latte, I've asked to redo it and they did but also commented that my drink actually already WAS a flat white. No comment. I've also ordered a chocolate twist and it was the driest most tasteless pastry I ever had. It's just a shame that there's no other coffee shops on this side.

    The guy who served me was polite, friendly and my drink was well done, but whilst waiting for my order, a short , dark haired woman with hair in a bun and glasses was rude. Asked me if I had been served whilst waiting at the till and I said yes I’ve been served, she then rudely asks me where I queued and says “the queue is over there”, acting like I had pushed in, to which the guy told her I had already been served and then she bluntly tells me to move to the side. No need to speak to paying customers like that.

    One example of bad management. Poor baristas (it’s not their fault.) It’s just poor management that doesn’t realize with a couple of workers more everything will be smoother and they will also have much more revenue. I waited 25 min for a coffee and before me 4 persons left the queue. Too sad Manchester airport deserves a better cafeteria.

    Possibly one of my worst Costa experiences. Long queues, over priced and don’t look at the worktops and floor behind the counter, not exactly sparkling! Please try harder Costa and don’t just take your brands name for granted.

    This regretably is another example of a team.with weak.or no leadership . I noticed an add for a teamleader posted in the seating area. So the place has 3 tills 2 of which were operating . The staff were wandering around like tomorrow will do. People here are getting refreshment whilst taking 2nd glances at flight information i would contend that prompt service would be appreciated. Now to balance this review i would state that Manchester Airport , whilst it never moves, is difficult to get to at say 3am when staff need to be in the off site car parks to get service buses and through security . This can lead to staff turn over as working at the airport in any capacity is not an easy or glamourous gig. Someone in charge needs to address staffing and turn customer over quicker. In catering turning covers and takeaway trade is profit . Costa Coffee is afterall a "Fastfood model" .. Goodluck with your visit

    Corporate needs to come back and look at the layout. The system to cue and whom I can only describe and the self proclaimed "enforcer" of killed my vibe. The place was very messy with no clean tables in sight. By the end of my coffee, the cup was full again from the tears I cried knowing that others would have to experience the same as me.

    This is the third time I visit Costa coffee and honestly this is the slowest service I have ever seen in three different continents and 52 cities I have been to until now. Today there were four people in front of me and only one was making coffee. The other three were wandering around even if there were 8 people already queuing behind me. By the time I got my coffee the 8 people became 15 and I'm sure it will get worse.

    Clean and tidy. Was slightly disappointed as they didn't offer oat milk - but life will go on. Had soya instead. Decent place to sit when waiting for your flight.

    Went at 3pm on a bank holiday weekend. Lots of food, worked out only slight more expensive than the meal deal at the shop next door. But got a hot drink and a toastie. Few tables free, staff were quick. Clean. Stayed for about an hour waiting for my plane as it was so quiet.

    Queue is massive at 4.30 in morning. Only one till is working. Expensive m and s egg mayo sandwich is off. Altogether a miserable experience.

    Sat here at 3.40 am , ten minutes after the advertised opening time and it’s shut with loads waiting, desperate for a drink. Pathetic

    After over 1h wait in the queue I was advised it is cash only and so I was unable to do my shopping fully. Place is clearly understaffed and lacking management as there was zero advance notice of the problem. Shameful

    The 4 staff that were working did all they could to deal with the 45 minute queue. Coffee was great but our food option was out of stock. Time for Terminal 3 to get a facelift!
