Rejuvenating and pleasant stay. Captain was very friendly, suggested sight seeings, arranged us speed boat and village tour boat bookings. Explained details of lake and history of houseboat Chef was so humble and cooked happily. We bought fish and asked him to cook. He cooked us three variety of dishes which is actually addional work for him. Really appreciate his work.

I booked them through online. They sent their Houseboats picture and they said those pics are very recent and latest pics. They charged 20000 rs for 3 bed room houseboat.. They urged to pay 10000 for advance and 10000 while check-in to the houseboat.. The houseboat was in bad condition.. The houseboat in the photo was new but they provided us with a very old houseboat.. While comparing other good Houseboats in Alleppey this houseboat would be worth not more than 10000.. They had only one TV but that was faulty and not at all switching on.. Veg food was good.. Non veg food was very pathetic.. Attached pics for reference.

Very pleasant overall experience. The houseboat was very well kept, the rooms were clean and the appliances were in good shape. The staff was more than accommodating and friendly & the food was absolutely fantastic. What more can you ask for in one of the most beautiful places in the world?

1 day is not enough for full enjoyment of the boathouse you need atleast 2 days or more great service and fridendly staff

Excellent experience , house boat facilities was great , they had an open balcony it is a great place to enjoy the beauty of vembanad lake. I must appreciate the chef , who treat us with excellent dishes , we brought him crab from near market he made such a mouthwatering dish along with the other dishes.

It's a very good experience. Our boat ' UNIVERSAL' IS very neat n clean , staff with us is very polite kind. They show us every thing specially the snake boat practice. The food is very good. This is a very great lifetime experience.🥰

We got the luxurious boat named Sanitha from Relax in Kerela. Suraj our captain and Babu our chef were top notch. Very friendly, delicious food and amazing service. Our stay couldn't have been better.

Itinerary was not good, the trip was very short. Food was not good. It was smelling wierd and having bad taste. Minimum toiletries are not available like soap n towel in bathroom. Room service was not prompt, sometimes they even forgot. Wrt to our package, the flower decoration, cake and candle light dinner arrangement were nice. Overall i am disappointed with the trip and it is well below my expectations and would not advice others to take this tour houseboat. Attached booking details for the owner reference. We had a private boat for my wife and I. The boat was clean and well maintained. The food was expertly cooked and the staff were professional, courteous and very responsive to our needs. They were also happy to provide suggestions but never pressurised us into purchases. The only missing component was hot water but that would have been a bonus! Kerala itself is beautiful and this boating experience allows you to experience some of its natural beauty.

Great experience, very relaxing, good facilities provided, food served was great in taste. Worth visiting and staying in house boat for atleast one day and one night.
