We had a family get together at this hotel on 18May evening. It was good experience for me and all. All chefs were very cooperative and the food delivered with no delay. The food was very tasty. We spent nearly 2 1/2 hours at the hotel.

The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. Amazing food and service. I always used to visit whenever I will get a chance. Restrooms are very neat and clean. I gave 3 star because of unavailability of lift. Aged people can’t able to use the stairs due to health issue, so whenever they wanted to use the restroom it is very hard. Parking area is very less but the concern person who is helping to park our vehicle is fantastic because it is not easy to park our vehicle without any damage in a limited space with respect to the concern persons advice. So I hope you will do the correct action for the same.

Hygeine was maintained. 4 wheeler parking is available. Its in the bypass and good for travellers who will be waiting for bus.

I loved the food ambience and the service here (especially the security bhaiya who helped us park the car so well). Coming to their cuisine they have south indian dishes as well as North Indian. Don't forget to try their Ceylon parotta with chilly beef fry semi gravy, it's lip smacking good. Also the tea here is something I found really good. As you can see on my plate I was too busy eating that I almost finished the chicken noodles and koontal(squid) fry which was also very tasty.

It's a good place slightly costly, with reasonable ambience and courteous staff. Good choices of vegetarian and non vegetarian dishes along with shakes and juices. Ideally located along the highway. Some dedicated parking space is available but may not be sufficient during peak hours.

I'm personally satisfied with the food quality but should improve the service quality especially to those who are visiting the hotel for the first time. It's better to confirm at the entrance itself whether the customer came for dine in Or to collect the parcel as both are in different floors which will be confusing for the customer, especially those who came to collect the parcel. As I was a new visitor to the hotel and was sarcastically blamed by one of the employee for going to the first floor to collect the parcel but it was available at ground floor itself. I wasn't guided properly as the watchman himself told to climb up to first floor by assuming that I came for dine in. To avoid the above confusion I strictly recommend to confirm at the entrance itself whether customer came for dine in or to collect parcel.

Horrible experience at this restaurant. Got food different from what was ordered and charged huge money. Be careful as the waiters will tell the food which you order is not available and try to sell the food which is not getting sold and costly. Before you can react the waiter will mention that food is already ordered. Many other good restaurants are there in Aluva. It has lost the old Surya taste and service and the quality is also diminishing.

Such a pleasure to visit this restaurant again. Usually I always try chicken biryani ,but for a change I tried simple porotta and chilly chicken , ooh my god it was too good. It was nice to have a tomato salad with this. The restaurant hospitality was great. They usually provide with excellent hygiene and tidy. This time too there was no hesitation. Food was just okay and exorbiant priced, But found amusing when I ordered egg chilly, and they serve me burji and argue in our hotel we call this itself as egg chilly since ages. And i ask where is chilly he points to the green chilly in the midst of burji and says, here is the chilly And yes, this wasn't a joke😡

I ordered veg meal for my wife and for me, fish curry meals. I ordered a fish fry. They served me a fish around 10 cms long and for each cm, they charged 25 lol. 250 for fish. Total 650 for two meals. Better to get a surgical blade and cut our necks ourselves. Why do let others to do it? By the by, the meals was nasty.

This place had a good ambiance for family dinning.. The chicken noodles and the mixed fired rice are superb in taste but the disappointment was that the quantity was less... The porotta was big in size but little cripsy and cold maybe because I ate after eating the noodles and fried rice witch was damn hot.🥲 The bonesless butter chicken was rich in chicken piece🥰🥰... Really enjoyed a lot..

The restaurant is easily accessible on the service road just near the highway starts to climb on to the flyover. We reached there at 8 pm on a Wednesday. It was almost empty and there was no problem with parking. We were accommodated on the ground floor which was dull. Air-conditioning was poor. Perhaps the first floor would've been enjoyable. The waiting time was reasonable and the food excellent. The most astonishing part was the biĺl which was around 20% less than we expected for an eatery of its class.

I went there for lunch with my wife on 1/1/22 There were more than 50 people in that 1 st floor , even though the ground floor had plenty of spaces. REMEMBER ALL THE GLITTERS ARE NOT GOLD. we visited this hotel on 15-11-2021. we had very bad experience with food here. We observed bad smell in Fried rice not even a eatable level. When we complained about this ,Staff responded very rude. They were arguing with very harsh manner. We wonder is this how staff trained? Management should focus staff discipline first and at least quality food (Fresh cooked one) And cost of food is also very high. Waste of time and money, Not worthy to go . Suggestion go Chicking or Sultan veedu for better food experience.

The food was always sent super hot (well, we do live quite close the place) We've tried their soup which is decent (not authentic, of course, but hot and tasty) Their porottas are good. Good food, good service. The restaurant is very big even if a big crowd comes in they have enough area to serve them. Has a party hall as well. Washroom is on the 2nd floor (No lift) will have ti climb all the way up to access bathroom which might be difficult for some.

An excellent place to rest and dine when traversing NH 66, especially for families. Excellent themed interiors, clean and extremely hygienic restrooms, good food reasonably priced. It is really difficult to get this kind of spaces while travelling with family. The place has adequate parking. The service I received from staff was really bad. They were not friendly and attentive to us. The waiter is not attentive to what I am ordering and they are taking half an hour for delivering just a chicken sandwich. The pricing is also not worth for the food you get.
