Not one of the best hotels. The rooms are amazing and very spacious. But walking through the corridor to the rooms, there happened to be a bad smell of cigarettes. Many of the people find that difficult to cope up with. That was a very negative aspect of this hotel. The service is also not that good. This is actually a bar hotel that is why I personally do not recommend this hotel for people to book rooms and stay in. The rooms weren't locked when I checked in. Also there was no one from the reception accompanying us to guide us to the rooms. We had to go on our own and when we reached the room, we could see that the door was open and not locked. That, I felt was not a good way of handling a customer professionally and the place wasn't properly cleaned. Cigarette smells all over the corridor was the most negative thing that struck me. Overall it is a decent hotel. Can be considered for having a good time at the bar. Not recommended in taking rooms.

Hi.. This hotel needs ur money for free of service. 160 rs for 1 biriyani but they don't even serve 1/2 biriyani. The quantity is very less, u will not satisfy your hunger from here. Never appreciate or never promotes such businesses. It won't last for long time

Worst worst hotel,no hygienic,dirty,dust,don't waste money, bathroom dirty,floor not cleaned,towels getting bad smell,bed sheet not washed.i Recommend every one don't go this hotel.horrible

It's wonderful place and good ambiance as of local bar. Very nice and fast service, well and good response from waiter, prices are average as per market. I really enjoyed my dinner with beer and brandy 😋. Thank you luciya 👏👏.

Very bad hotel I have ever seen. Very expensive and Low quality food. Even a small mineral water bottle costs 20 rupees. Not satisfied and won't recommend this place

Lucia is a comfortable place where we can chill ourselves with cold beer and yummy foods! Good berers who serve us with most reverence and affection!!

Nice ambience to spend some times with friends. The food was okay. The service of staff was good.

Hotel rooms were very spacious and big but the rooms were very dirty. The rooms had very disgusting strong smell of cigarette smoking. Even the lift, the corridor everywhere was having smoke smell. Washrooms were not clean. They didnot provide any water bottles in the rooms and they charged as Rs 50/- for two water bottles. Overall I will not recommend this hotel because it was not even cheap and it was really difficult and horrible to stay in the room for even a single night.. I gave two star only for the location of the hotel, it is very near to the ksrtc and ernakulam south railway station.

They took 1000rs for washing for house keeping and washing linen. No complimentary drinking water. Tv was not working. No hot water. No wifi Horrible stay.... Total I paid 3500rs for a day

Rooms AC was watering all day and couldn't get proper support. They asked to look for another hotel next time. Breakfast is mentioned as compliment but it will be only for only day. But i was charged for all 3 days. Waterbottle cost was extra and its 30 per bottle, higher than MRP. I asked them why its charged higher, for that they asked me to buy from small shops next time. They treat in a different way since booking was made through MMT.

While ch in time not ready rooms given.... Again room changed to another room. That was non ac room. But i asked ac. Again for assistance came I shifted to another a.c rooms. But that room already alloted for someone else. Their kept already their luggage in the cupboard. Again I shifted to another room. At last. Really yesterday I fed up with f. Office. Room also in the bathroom full of cockroach. Hot water not came.... And ac innerside water leaking. No proper maintenance. Very poor supervision.

Nice convenient location if you come by bus . The hotel was not very clean and service is just average,they have good parking facility and buffet breakfast was average

Excellent complimentary breakfast and the location of the hotel (right beside the KSRTC Bus Stand) are the only positive points. Rooms are that of a standard 3-star hotel but bed sheets or the floors/tables aren't cleaned properly. Found a cockroach in the bathroom while staying which is a shame as the bathroom was also good. They provide you with only 1 L of water for all of your stays. Staff isn't rude but isn't much helping either.

We booked this hotel through GoIbibo. They have charged Rs.2000 for one night for an ac room, double occupancy with breakfast. The room was very much spacious, neat and clean.Complimentary breakfast is available. They have all the regular items like puttu, Dosa, idili, vada, etc.Only thing the breakfast will be ready by only 8.00am.

Hospitality was good. Clean and hygienic room with all amenities. Rates are also fair and reasonable. Recommended to stay.

Not good for family.. Night time so many people coming in to bar and not good for family. Only one bottle drinking water provided as complimentary and all other bottles are chargeable.

Worst experience. Door lock could be opened from outside looked like was tried opening from outside (image attached) hot water was not working so they provided in bucket which took around an hour. Overall worst experience ever.

A nice hote at good tarrif. The rooms are spacious and all amenities are there. Nice spread for breakfast.

This hotel claims to be a 3 star hotel but does not even have 24 hrs running hot water nor provides complementary drinking water. Their service is pathetic. Since we couldn't reach on the checkout time, our luggage was taken away by the staff without our knowledge though there weren't any customers to check in. The hotel is tad expensive for the service they provide, will definitely not recommend stay here, there are better options in kochi.

Rooms are spacious but services are very bad and pathetic, charged rupes 8000+tax for two days for three adults,even not provided free drinking water, full time hot water ,moreover my luggages were removed with out my consent,when little late due to traffic block

What a pathetice bar. They have written infront of is Executive bar. Pathetic service, uncleaned tables, smelly room. Service persons are testing our patience. No body there for supervision. And apart from all, Beer is so costly compared to other bars. They only need one time customers.
