Hotel Navaratna has a decent executive bar with closed cabins for good privacy. Almost all types of hot and chilled liquor are available here. The food served here was good, but never order any meat items as the quantity is very low, only 4 or 5 pieces of meat and the rest is full of onion and tomatoes, we might get confused whether we ordered ulli roast or pork roast. The service of the staff was friendly and the ambience of the dining area is decent. Good parking space available for cars and bikes.

The food was ok. But there were no lights working in the lift. We had to use our torch on the phone to press the floor number. Closed cabins were so small and caused a claustrophobic feel. Rooftop is good.

Executive coach is great.. Except one worker has a bad attitude like we're drinking for free

Very poor service. Low culture staffs. We went with 3 boys and 2 girls. They was inappropriately looking at us. Even though we were in AC bar, we were very suffocated with their total approach and behaviour towards us. Will not ever visit there and i will never suggest this place for anyone.

Very poor service and rude behaviour from staffs. They can't even provide sufficient snacks even after we purchased their product worth 3x the rate outside. Very dissapointing and will never ever visit this place. THE STAFFS WERE HORRIBLE. They spoiled the entire mood.

Probably people goes here for the bar (based on these reviews I read now) but happened to book it for a night based on makemytrip.. Terrible experience, poorly maintained rooms, no basic amenities in the room, no parking either..

The bar looks like a very local one. Not in a Premium Category. Also there is no parking area for car parking,even security doesn't care for the parking and all.

Stale omelets are served with hot..filthy food.

Nice place to have a drink. Cheaper than other places in Aluva.

Four options available there. Normal bar,A/C bar, A/C executive bar, Roof top bar. Great experience. Rates are little bit high. Clean and tidy environment. Nice ambience at the roof top as we can see the town and metro view at its perfect vista.

I have never seen this type of hotel . The staff is limited and are not so friendly . The heater and the telephone was not working in the room given to me . And they gave another room in which the ac was also not working . I was unable to sleep that night . And I was deliberately exhausted.

Executive Bar review. Closed cabins available for who prefer privacy. Ladies friendly. Not good ambience. Food taste just average Very expensive. Overall not worth for money. Only good for people who needs privacy.

4star grading of hotel is incorrect. Rooms are newly renovated and good. However, the hotel does not have a single functioning restaurant, no proper room service, no hot water for bath/shower, and no one to help with the luggage. Limited staff though courteous. At best, a 3 star hotel.
