Very very poor service. the staff itself very rood.The food quality is horrible. even if you by pork you can you are eligible only skin they won't serve meet

Very bad service... I booked a room through online platform for 936 Rs. But when reached there to Check In, they demanded that I pay 1200 otherwise no room will be provided. Once when I spoke with the online partner they said they will offer me room for the same price if I provided Corona test certificate. I said I'll pay 1200 but bill has to be provided, for which they said they can't provided me bill for 1200, and will be given online bill of 936. This I hope belongs to a league for Cheaters/Fraudsters... Never go there... No manager to handle guest problems...

Four star one star less given because.. For slighly rate is high one beer kf strong is 160 rs... But over all i svery nice . Good bar to hang out.. Excellent.. as on date 17 mar 2022.. increase kf strong beer... take bullet beer.. is 160 rs . which is better option...

NOT RECOMMENDED. They are focusing only in BAR sales. Arrogant staff. Poor facilities. Room is with very basic facilities and not recommended for families and more than one night stay. From security to receptionist is trying to avoid guests. First we need to pass an interview questionnaire from security. Then the receptionist will tell you that the rooms are full. After so many requests he will change his mind and give you the room. Took room with male friend. I was told not to bring any girls. Reached at 10pm by that time kitchen is already closed. Online food delivery is not allowed. We have to go outside to have dinner. No one pick up the intercom calls. No bottle water in room. They said water kept in a jar in the room is filtered but that is not trustworthy. Overall BAD experience for me.

Pls dont book this hotel... One of the very worst hotel in kochi. They ask extra money after booking when you go directly there.

To have a quick shot, an ideal place. Not a fancy premium joint and bringing ladies over is out of the question. Mostly a men's joint.

Good place to have a couple of pegs. Only problem is the counter staffs are very rough... They should be trained for being a good customer care people.... Really bad in behaviour! So disappointed

Very bad atmosphere underground bar

This Bar is situated in Highway. The place is good but they can improve a lot, bcos the city is currently progressing with lot of high end pubs and bars. They can try more internal ambience with some lighting or some interior designs... I suggested this because, it can pull more crowd...

The ambience is not that good to spend a whole day. But will def recommend quick beer. Had Foster beer which kicked really hard. Had a good time here.

A bit costly, but everything is nice here. The vibe is great, the service could have been better, but I'm not gonna rant about it coz Zimbabwe was defeating Pakistan at that time. 😂
