Well maintained. Large parking area. The tariff for a double room was reasonable. The lounge on the second floor was impressive though the live music was a bit too loud for my taste.

Karthika residency is famous for bar. But there is also family restaurant available. You can enjoy the food along with some beer or other drinks. When we visited 'karthika 2020 lounge', there were no one in the restaurant. We have ordered beef roast, pork fry, prawan roast and ghee rice. The food was really awesome. But the serving was not good. The waitor was a new guy, that may be the reason for poor sevice. The ambience is apt for drinkikg some beer and chilling with friends. We havent seen any ladies inside the restaurant. But i think its good for families too. Pork fry is a must try..

It's a centrally located property. Nice Air-conditioning. Excellent snacks and food, very reasonable. But the place was jam packed at 11am. Not able to find a individual table and hence shared a table with some like-minded alchoholic individual😂😂. The service was pathetic, for the entire restaurant, for about a hundered guests, there were only 2 or 3 waiters to service. Probably, the management did not expect such a early morning rush into the bar.. But they surely under estimated the Mallus.. if they get a chance, they would binge on liquor, no matter, what time it is😝😝 I hope the management takes this aspect into consideration, while planning the waiter manpower.

The food is good. But i have a bad experience face from a staff. The staff name is Mr 'soman'. I don't know what kind of staff are working there. They don't know anything about how to take orders from guest and especially they don't know about what is service industry'. I will be requesting to the bar manager or higher authority. If you guy's are hiring a staff atleast check the staff personality, what kind of attitudes are they showing, otherwise given a regular briefing and debriefing for day today basics. That is very helpful for your property growth. Thank you.

Hospitality of polakulath group has been very good . I have never had a unsatisfactory experience in their hospitality. The chain of their bars and hotels are all around kerala. Best choice .

Good dine cum bar option with rooms in Edapally. After the recent renovation, they have option of regular bar / AC lounge bar / Open air dining area which cater to different standards of customers. Food is good but with limited options. The Lounge bar caters for family and friends who wants to just chill off for a few hours. Usually majority of Kerala bars are just like gay outlets and will attract gazes when a female enters and the same hypocrite Mallu male doesn't have a problem in Pubs and bars at places like Bangalore and Mumbai. At least, here that problem is not there in their 20-20 Lounge bar which welcomes family customers. The parking facility is awesome with lot of space just by the side of the busy Edapally - Palarivattom road.

I visited the vintage side bar. It took almost 20 minutes for the waiter to come. But once he came the service was good. Chicken 65 quantity was too much for 2 of us to finish. Overall good place.

The bar tender does not know anything about wines. On asking what types and variants of wine they had , he started telling me the brand names. Then he served a peg of wine in an unwashed, unclean glass, not a wine glass. Its a bad bad bar. Bad service and ambience.

4 March 2023 In this age a hotel with no Internet and without hot water 24/7 is..... Booked by a friend for my short stay in Kochi when I came for a short vacation of 10 days. The room is small but very clean and good for a bachelor. There is no WiFi for the premium amount they are charging for such a hotel. There is a bar which is cheap, a restaurant and two lounges here. The food at restaurant is good, tasty but they use some ingredients which can cause allergy.
