Its a very hygiene place with verities of standard. This restaurant is a high star rated kind. But to give the feel of traditional and the old famous tea shops of Kerala they’ve made up the decorations n all in the same way but modern and upgraded. Like the news paper cotting on the roof the oldish seat covers etc. And the food is really good. Like really really good.

Poor customer service.. Even the not bothering the Customer.. When ask about g-pay they said you have atm next to this building 😁. Tea & snacks is awesome. Restroom not Bad, should improve Digital Payment ❌️ Parking ✅️ Neatness not upto the Level.

Nice atmosphere. Chicken Biryani is awesome. But waited for a long time after order. Some items are overpriced. And for some extra salad I had to wait again for like 10 minutes. But overall food quality is superb.

The food here is awesome. Every dish is made from coconut oil and serverd with garnishing. Enjoyed the yummy delicious food. The ambiance of the restaurant is too good with all reused materials. Like the chair covers, the wall art and the bulb hangs all made from jute. The ceilings decorated in with newspaper. Overall a five star.

Looks are awesome. Ambient temperature and lighting gives the customer comfortable seating. A bit of tradition is also included with the interior and this gives everyone another reason to feel the ambience. Let's come to Food, dishes and beverages are in plenty to choose from. But, most of them are not up to the mark. Lack of spices is a major issue with the dishes though there is a very long list to choose from. We felt that this place is not for frequent visits. Staffs looks too busy and usually there is a delay in the availability of their service. Parking slot is big enough to handle number of vehicles. But, despite of all the positive responses, I personally don't think that it is not a good place to pull over if you are not too hungry.

Famous for its special tea, we weren't disappointed. Neat place. Good service. Suggest they should include a few things in their breakfast menu. Ample parking space. Washrooms need to be properly cleaned and checked regularly.

Had heard a lot about the place. So was quite excited to check it out for myself. All the snacks were out of stock by 6. The only available item was chicken pathiri which is average. However being a tea lover I genuinely enjoyed the tea. 😁 The interior dining area decor was nicely done. The wall which was decorated in memory of the 2018 floods, is sure to remind people to be thankful and more appreciative. Whoever came up with the idea, kudos!

Horrible place with lot of flies everywhere and a waiter with robot like behaviour. They serve cold food and the taste is also very bad. The place stinks and is very unhigenic. The ambience is also bad with walls stuck with dusty newspaper. Better to avoid this place as it is highly overrated.

Tried It for the second time. First time it was snacks and evening tea break which was kind of okay. Today had dinner with family. Didn't find it meeting the hype. Food was just okay. Expected a lot as per the hype. Service was good. Food was just okay.
