Been to this restaurant on 7 th February 2022 for dinner. Horrible to say the least. The chicken biryani and chicken curry were served at room temperature. Never ever have seen this kind of service anywhere else. It's not a royal restaurant at all. They have spoilt the taste of biriyani by naming so. Never ever would go to this place

Royal is a good food court option in Aluva where you can get really good continental cuisines. What I feel is better than restaurant food is their bakery products. All items are available here. They serve good tasty snacks here. Similarly, good variety and quality cakes are available here.

Royal food court is one of the best place if you are looking forward to dine in Aluva. The place might be crowded at tes due to the good food they serve. They surely have to make some changes . I had to wait for a while to give the order. But still food is tasty.

We had lunch here. We ordered a chicken briyani and poratta with a single piece chicken curry. The briyani was okay it did not have too much masala and there were 3 pieces of chicken. The poratta did not taste much but it was served hot. The chicken curry was tasty I liked it very much. The staff who took the order was friendly. They have many dishes including a huge variety of briyani (chicken, beef, mutton, fish), fried rice, noodles, al faham, mandhi, naan and a large array of curry's. It's spacious with ample car parking. They also have a lot of snacks and bakery items including donuts and cakes. I feel like there are many things here. You won't have to leave from here with an empty stomach.

After ordering snacks and juices from this place twice via. Zomato visited this place on Sunday evening which was housefull with customers buying bakery stuff and also customers seated to have food /juices. Ordered tender coconut shake and royal falooda which was very good and felt satisfactory... When I tried these juices/ shakes they're icy and not that much tasty due to parcel! Overall a place can be tried if you are around that area.

I tried their 2 types of shawarma with kubboos and romali rotti . 2 are nice but they charge 70/- for kubboos shawarma and 120/- for the other quantity are same . I feel like overprice . We have been ordering from Royal Food Court since 2 months .... We had chocolate shakes, Oreo Shake ,Shawarma also Biriyani ..... In this Chocolate shake is nice ....Sharma is ok ok........ The Customer Service is Very Bad there....Most of the staffs are north indians...They don't even know how to communicate....Also Added Unwanted Dishes in our menu Staff Support is very bad ... The hotel is located in the pump junction and bakery is also together with the hotel. Parking is less in the ground of the hotel You dont have to pay for the parking. First of all this place is unhygienic and the food was below average.We got an ant from the shake and when we questioned the staff the reply was a careless attitude. The service of the staff was pitiful. PLEASE DONT TAKE A CHANCE TO VISIT THIS PLACE IF YOU CARE FOR YOUR HEALTH

It's a bit chaotic but the bakery food is good. Somewhere it lacks hygiene and looks very disorganised. Being one of the biggest bakery in Aluva somewhere it has lost its charm. The only advantage is the ample parking facility.

Quality of the food is decent but takeaway customer service is very poor. Had us waiting for more than half an hour for just 2 biriyanis and that too by us only asking them the status of the order multiple times. If we had not asked them, I'm pretty sure they would have either taken too long or even not have given us what we ordered.
