Good customer service

This restaurant didn't came upto my expectations. The customer service is good, different food items and the price is also reasonable but the food is not up to the mark as other Aryas are.

Near to Highway in Aluva - Erankulam route-Pulinchod signal .. Good food. Quality service.

Dirty place. Un hygienic. Probably they are misusing the brand name to cheat customers. Had masala dosa and it seems, one of the worst type I ever had. Wash area is pathetic. Never try this place. Please see the photos I am attaching.

It’s a good family restaurant with pure veg option. The food were taste and upto the mark. The service also very good. The price is also economical

First of all this is not the Aryaas or Arya bhavan chain of famous vegetarian restaurants of south india , its New Aryas( new is written in very small letters so that u will get confused ), the ambience and taste is average , neatness is bit low, idli and dosas are ok but their tea and cofee is below average, they serve in use and throw cup so the feel and taste is gone.But if you just want to have a quick vegetarian food then you can come here , prices are also average. i will suggest owner to do some makeover, make it more cleaner , change the furnitures and also change the cook and bring some south indian cooks and staffs

Good food. Noon meals was excellent. Situated on the busy Mullakkal road. Very convenient

It's good for having breakfast or an evening snack. The food is good, but is a bit expensive compared to the other Veg hotels.

Not so Clean..i visited during lunch time for a snacks and tea. Only vada...that too cold one was available. Veg lunch was the major serve.

We enjoyed breakfast at this restaurant. The prices here are extremely pocket friendly. We ordered masala dosa, ghee roast dosa, onion uthaapam, masala chai and filter coffee. What I loved is that they give you a free refill on chutneys and sambar, now that's something I have not seen around here! Plus they serve a side of vada. Finger licking good food. Staff are prompt and professional. Will be back.

Food was good. An okay okay restaurant. The dosa and chutney was salty when I visit the restaurant. Location is good near to highway. There are a lot of houseflies which is not at all good to see. Food is tasty, but improvement is need especially cleanliness. Because it matters.

Very poor food yesterday i get a fly from sambar. I show it to supplier please don't go there its a Dirty place. Un hygienic. Probably they are misusing the brand name to cheat customers.

We ordered masala dosa . The dosa or the chutney wasn’t fresh . And it was not freshly made. Not a clean hotel either. The person who was collecting the cash could have been more polite.

Usual vegetarian dishes tastes above average and the service is relatively prompt. Good for quick bites as well. Good access (road side). Limited uncovered parking. Washing area as well the general sense of hygiene has room for improvement .

Easy to access from the main road, we can park the vehicle infront of the hotel,not expensive, reasonal rate, good experience

Restaurant is neat and clean. Ordered meals yesterday was so tasty and delicious but wash area is so dirty and unhygienic it's look like they are not cleaning it daily. Parking for both two car and bike available. Located left side of national highway .

Need to improve the customer service. Don't choose meals it's a waste of money.

It is clean. Food is good. But the wash area is absolutely bad. Especially towards the afternoon. The stench of the lav is so bad that you are likely to throw up. All the good food and the excellent service will not get me back to the restaurant.

The food was simple, light and okay. I liked the food and the highlight is prompt service. They served me instantly, served me a tea that I requested with meals and before I finished, they came and asked it I wanted more rice.

It takes more time to serve food. Lunch will get exhausted early. But good and tastey food they serve.

Situated at Pulinchode in NH 47 Highway... Offers tasty and pure vegetarian food.. The hotel has also family room which is Air Conditioned... The Hotel is usually crowded during night and noon

Good to have a breakfast when you are coming back to Airport via Ernakulam. Try Masala dosa/Ghee roast, Tea. It was good. The price is very affordable.👍 If you just want to have a quick vegetarian food then you can come here. Located on side of National Highway. Good for vegetarians. Only recommended for families. Hotel new aryaas is A good restaurant in total. Dosa, vada, batoora and all were good. Channa masala was really good. Chappathi was very good. But paneer curry that I ordered wasn't very good, it wasn't up to the mark. Service is good and also not very expensive. There is ample car parking space. The restaurant is right next to the main highway so it is very easy to notice.

Very good option for vegetarians. All the usual south Indian and north Indian vegetarian dishes are available. Parking is available. Table service is available. Restrooms are clean. Service is quick, not much of waiting. Dishes are good. Also good for a quick bite or coffee.

Nice pure vegetarian hotel in national highway 544 located near Aluva. Nice pure veg dishes are available. Vegitable biriyani and fried rice are tasty. Staffs are very helpful and serve food properly. Parking space for four wheelers is limited.
