Not even eligible for one star. Very poor customer service. Small rooms and not even basic facilities of a hotel. Forced to vacate immediately after check in

Worst situation faced during the stay, loss a good amount of money additionally. We booked an AC room for 3 adults, the extra matress provided was too small, the room was too conjusted so we were not able to move with the bed on the room. Also the bedsheets was not clean asked for replacement and cleaning , then also they provided bedsheet of same kind. Also room cleaning was not done daily, on request at the third day only, they had done the cleaning. Lift facility is not available, telephone service not working, Wifi is not accessible in the rooms other than ground floor. They only provided one sample soap and sunplus shampoo sachet. Toilet was small and was also not , black marks were present in the latrine. For 3 members, they only provided one water bottle for three days, no additional water bottle provided. Due to the conjusted room condition, we were forced to take and additional room and had to pay 2600 Rs extra at the hotel. We booked the room in Goibibo app initially for 3 days. Faced too much troubles during the stay and we are not satisfied with the service. Staff behaviour was good but it is not complete with all these flaws.

Lot of room for improvement in this hotel. The rooms don't look like those in the photos uploaded here. Stayed for a night and found out that they are not regularly maintaining the hotel very well. The bedsheets are dirty. The TV was not working. Taps in certain washrooms were not working and we had to ask for a change of room. The room is also very small in size that it's difficult for 2 people to move with luggage. Need to improve

An average hotel, nearby Aluva train station and the Transport bus station.

No privacy. Booked in advance. We got a room near to reception. There were no privacy

Very disappointed with the room for the price. Basic aminities. Small room, the double bed occupies most of the room. The bed is very low and the mattress is very uncomfortable. For a reasonable price it would be ok but for what they charged not satisfied.

Had a very comfortable stay.All staff are very co-operative and service is excellent. Also rooms are neat and clean. Good place to stay for couples.We will come again.

Very good hotel, safe and comfortable stay. Staffs are very good and co-operative. They change bedsheets, pillow covers and towel daily. Also they clean the room and toilet regularly. Regularly they enquire about the stay.

Safe , value for money,friendly staff

I spent a few days at Innate Inn after a flight and enjoyed my stay very much! The hotel is located in a very quiet area in Aluva city center, close to shops and restaurants, easily accessible by foot from the metro, the railway or bus station, it's also possible to park in front of the hotel. My room was comfortable, modern and clean. The staff was professional, friendly and helpful. They did their best to meet my needs and make me feel good. The Wi-Fi in the lobby was fast, which was very convenient to work. Definitely the perfect place to spend some time in the area, before or after a train or a flight for example. I had a very pleasant stay in this hotel and I highly recommend it! Thank you!

Room was neat. But the receptionist don't know how to handle the customer. Their behavior was very bad.

Pocket friendly accommodation , nice personnel, inside the town but with a quite surrounding.Still room for improvement in hospitality in terms of facilities.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Was traveling with my kids and train was in the midnight. Were searching for a comfortable accommodation near the railway station. And this hotel met all our requirement. Pocket friendly, but no comprise on the Cleanliness and service. The staff were also really helpful. Definitely will stay here only when ever we need to come here.
