Owing to the proximity to the metro station, people will choose this hotel even though there is no parking facility. Apart from the location in a narrow corner it's unfortunate to say that one of our relatives who stayed here for the last two days had a very bitter experience from the hotel staff. The impolite approach from the reception staff was quite insulting. The owner is very cunning that he misguides the visitors by saying that it's a confusing thing for them to put the Google review/feedback and he requests our phone to post the feedback from our account at the time of admission itself and posts the review on his own words and gives fair rating very tactfully. In Aluva, there are many customer friendly hotels. Please avoid this one for a better experience and worth of money.

My recent hotel stay was a delightful experience. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, the room was impeccably clean and comfortable, and the hotel's location provided easy access to all the attractions I wanted to visit. Overall, it was a fantastic stay that I would highly recommend to others.

Very bad experience with the staff, particularly in the reception. Very arrogant in their talks. If possible, it is better to avoid this hotel. The receptionist tries to post the review by himself in our phone. No parking facility. Not at all customer friendly.

Very dusty and uncleaned place. They are not providing any blanket or bath towel. They are not maintaining the place neatly. The only positive think about the place is spacious room and it close to metro station.

very rude and impolite behaviour at reception. It was late at night and I didn't want to search other hotels at that time , so i took a room. They said that AC rooms are not available, So i took a suit room for Rs. 2070 . I don't know why they call it a suit room. Very local setup. When i complained about AC at the reception he repeated his rude behaviour. Only good thing is it's near metro. I will never recommend this hotel. Actually people at reception don't want customers. Their behaviour will be like : "my attitude will be like this only, if you can't tolerate you can leave" I think people at reception are angry with their owner. Such an unfriendly reception.

Budget hotel at access able location. But service is poor, no towel, no blanket, no soap or water provided. You need to demand everything before booking the room...

Rooms are neat and clean, but no wifi although they are charging 1470 for AC room, centrally located lodge near to Aluva metro station, near by restaurants and coffe shops, staff is polite and cooperative, lot of formalities before entry.

I have not stayed in this hotel but once I had booked one room and had asked them if I can do a early check in as my train was reaching in the morning but the staff had very rudely told my husband that no need to come here early u will not get anything before 12, because of that tone we canceled the booking.

I will give 5 stars, the hotel is very good as per the price. Don't expect anything more but i am sure that the property is value for money.

They charge on a basis of 24 hours from the time of check in. This is good because in other hotels we havebto check out at 12 otherwise have to pay for second day. Sunny's also provide one hour rent basis for rs300. Parking is a little difficult bcs front area is slope and one vehicle is parked behind another. They dnt provide bottle water in room but kept a common water tap near reception. Many restaurants are available around. Very close to metro station.
