Good hotel,good staff,food is ok,hotwater available, decent price,well maintained rooms , near coaker's walk .overall a perfect hotel for your budget.

Don’t go there. Moderate hotel that serves sub standard food. Cleanliness is not their strength. They seriously need to learn about cleanliness and implement it. The dining area on the ground floor reeks of smell from the toilet. The toilet itself if very unclean and smells bad. The dining area on the first floor is bad too. The seats / tables are dirty and the floor is kept unclean. Food on the other hand is moderate. Again. Look for some other place to eat.

Ordered soup which is good. Chicken fried rice is AVG Pepper chicken fry is pathetic Service is they don't know basics itself.

One of the worst Breakfast experience I had. Service is worst to the core. Strictly not recommended for food.

Food was ok but price r too much for the quantity and taste, service also need to be improved, my most request was to keep the toilet clean Bcoz we faced very worst condition of bathroom in this hotel, it looks nice in outside but inside the hotel , the toilet was not clean at all nd table service also quite disappointed.

Didn't try their restaurant. Stayed in the hotel. It was a decent place. Booked room online in goibibo for best price. It was worth the price. The staff were really helpful in explaining things around the hotel. Parking is available right in front.

A decent hotel near cokkers point though the restaurant have limited options of veg meals and biryani but the staff members are polite and courteous.

Food is moderate here, with unkept dinning area. The stay is below par. Stinky washroom and clumsy rooms.

Worst restaurant. They asked us to try the food and when we ordered biriyani there was no salt in it. And not just biryani there was no salt in any of the food that i ordered. I guess the owner is suffering from high bp and is not adding any salt. Worst food and food is expensive.

This Hotel is very near to Kodaikanal Bus Stand and situated in city centre . Its Hardly 300 mts. They offer Rooms and also have Restaurant for dining. It has hot water facility with timings which are great for getlemen( Early to bed, Early to Rise) Rooms are a bit small with more tiny Bathrooms.

Packed lunch from here. Extremely bad food. Paneer was stale and tasted horrible. chapatis are the packed/processed ones which they reheat and serve. Biriyani was a make shift biriyani with loads of garam masala mixed with plain rice and meat.

In board written kerala food, but never had a worst food like this, over priced , even the food also not tastey including biriyani also

Could improve in cleanliness, especially in the dining area. Average food, price more. Please confirm with staff before ordering food when you have complimentary breakfast, since only few items comes under complimentary and you have to pay for items not covered under free. Poor response from staff, need to wait for long time for drinking water and extension in our room wouldn’t work. The bed covers are not that hygiene you would expect; thumbs down for sure on this. And the rooms are weirdly located at below ground level, so when you open the window you would barely get a scenery :(. Decent hot water for bathing. Only advantage though is the location; located next to Bryant park and walkable to bazaar area. Overall not worth for the money you spend.

Better to avoid. Nice place but being underutilized by having mediocre service and average food.

Taste is not good and cost is too high, when crowd is more they don't listen to order clearly. Even a bread omelette cost rupees 60. It is not at all a budget hotel. Go here only if no other options available ..

The view from this place is really nice. but the staffs are not up to the mark. Food is also not so great.

Had a very bad experience. The food is below average and expensive. The most irritating part was I ordered Gobi 65 and they gave it with loads of gravy with very less Gobi. When I asked them to make it dry, they refused. My suggestion, go to this place if you don't find any option.
