OAK
is
a
humble
vegan
restaurant,
no
fancy
meat
alternatives
or
vegan
dupes.
It’s
fresh,
colourful,
crunchy,
seasonal
and
creative.
The
menu
is
always
changing
and
usually
offers
a
suggestion
of
either
a
meal,
a
salad
or
a
soup.
The
chef
makes
is
all
from
scratch
and
I
have
to
say
this
is
one
of
the
more
flavourful
places
to
eat
in
Lux
as
overall
they
are
not
really
so
big
on
herbs
and
spices
in
this
country.
The
fresh
juices
are
a
little
on
the
pricey
side
for
a
small
glass
but
lovely
nonetheless.
You
can
get
a
satisfying
lunch
and
drink
for
about
16
euros.
Also
the
raw
cakes
are
very
good,
but
be
careful,
raw/vegan
cakes
doesn’t
mean
healthy
or
light,
usually
a
lot
of
coconut
oil
in
there,
but
you
know,
treat
y’self!
