A lot of rude staff. They seem bothered by you even being there…Well I’ll just order my stuff online (and rather pay a little more) than having to waist my lunch break for nothing in there.

Hornbach Online shop is interesting... but less interesting that the online store of Globus Bettembourg 😀 as client. Service and after buying products are better and advantages with a client card are better to 😉👍😀. Globus is in more Countries and bigger than Hornbach in general, conditions for employees are a lot better 😉 to. Hornbach give the minimum of off days and other expenses for employees...this explains the service 🙄 quality. Hornbach has no bikes (amateur quality replace parts) and no car pieces or/and maintenance. It's classical, okay 👍, but people want more, so Hornbach has a boring system 😴 🙄 😒 😑 .... And missed the bikes in them system... as typically German company, strange 😐...they missed the car supply system to 😅.

Amazing warehouse with everything available for home improvement and DIY projects. Staff is helpful and will let you know and answer any questions It's so big that it's easy to get lost in there so make sure to have a list ready

DO NOT WASTE MONEY HERE. Messy store, unprofessional service. We paid 49 euro in April for onsite doors measurement within 2 weeks (as per contract) and cost estimation for new doors. The "technician" only came after more than 1 month despite multiple follow ups via phone and email. As of June we are still waiting for a cost estimation for new doors. Extremely bad experience.

Everything you need in once place ... More french speaker staff members wouldn't be bad. But except that it's ok there is always either a way to find someone speaking french or finding by your self ... It's big it's complete it has everything and prices are ok

This is the DIY store with the biggest catalogue of products. Also the only one you can buy online. The staff not always speak English. That's why I prefer using the online shopping, again without English version, only French or German.

You can find a lot of materials here but sometimes it's a bit confusing when needing to find something specific within this big place. But in the end, always managed to find what I was looking for.

Wonderful customer service, I went to get wood cut to size and the person working there was very helpful and kind, even gave me a discount on a slightly damaged piece.

There's always a place to park, always cheaper than in any other similar shop. Nice framing service in case you want to arrange photos and put them in a frame. Very convenient service of cutting wood acc to your measurements.Always nice assortment of plants both indoor and outdoor.

Every time a problem: - garage door delivery delayed from 8 weeks to 4 months. And with missing motor; - tiles delayed with 2 months - half of them broken; - another tiles order - delayed and broken - customer service: they answer but don't solve the problem and no offer for all the troubles. After 1 year dealing with problems we decided that we will not use their services anymore. A bit late for us to make that decision.

My favourite garden shop. There are a lot of different garden plants, home flowers, ready seedlings. Tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, strawberry and other berries and plants. And there are a lot of things for home and renovation !

I have enough! Each time I was going there and needed help it is always me wasting my time to look for help! Today I needed something that was on a shelf behind a counter where a worker should be but of course, no worker around! After waiting a while I went behind the counter and a worker magically appeared and starts to lecture me that I can't be behind the counter! I'm supposed to just waste my time until a worker graces me with his/hers presence? Or like always waste my time to find someone? It's of course not the workers fault, I should not be there, he/she should but he/she has other priorities dictated by the management. A worker needs to be busy 100% of the time otherwise the company is losing money, right management?

Big mistake to go there at 12 30 ( sacred lunch break). Though not many customers, service at cashier was very slow as stuff was busy cbatting with each other. They might have what yiu are looking for, but good luck in finding staff that is interested in helping or competent ( it took us 5 staff to find out wbere to get gas for bbq)

Big home depot shop, good selection. Friendly staff. Like in many places in Luxembourg staff doesn't speak English that well but here they will do their best to help you! Price wise a bit higher than Bauhaus

I wanted to get a high pressure washer Karcher from Hornbach: on their website there is one model that is still available. So I come to the store, after 20 min looking for the product I deceide to find a person to help me: the feedback is sur-real: "Why do you want a Karcher ? It is already automn. We are a normal store, you should come next year to get your Karcher" and that on a very aggresive tone. I feel that as a customer, this is not the best feedback, neither nice nor constructive. I guess that I will put my money in other stores or online retailers.

Many many options, best hardware store in Luxembourg City, but it's a bit pricy and Crowded on weekends.

Nice home improvement store with a wide selection. A very competent and pleasant employee (Mr. Hansel) helped me to find everything I needed for my little home improvement projects and gave me good tips.

Ordered online to pick up at store in Bertrange. After changing my mind asked to change an article; this happened with no problem and the help of a fine vendor. Was able to find other needed pieces and appreciated the facility to pay it all in one operation.

Large hardware/DIY store selling anything you could ever need from plants to paint to tools to sheds. The isle full of screws and nuts and bolts is my favorite, I easily spend an hour there 😉 Not 5 stars because it can often be hard to find a member of staff available, let alone one who speaks English.
