Very accommodating,service is generally okay,the place is neat and well maintained. They generally follow the protocol of the new-normal. The staff are all well-trained and i love my new hair style. I just regret that i wasnt able to get the name of the stylist who cut my hair. Anyways, surely i will come back.

Me and two of my companions had footspa, pedicure and manicure 10 days ago. They were in the transition of moving so it seems like they were not focused on their service. Firstly, the water used to soak our feet wasnt warm enough, their employees werent professional as they were gossiping about another employees while they were doing us and we can just literally hear everything they said ill about this person. The girl that did my feet was so insistent of taking off my ingrown after I told her it's ok not to. Unfortunately because of that, Im nursing an infected toenail as they might not have used unsanitized pedicure/manicure utensils. Im just here in the Phils for a month and my vacation is totally ruined because of this incident as I cant get around well with a infected toenail.

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience. The 1st thing I want to say is, that the employees are friendly and helpful. I went there with my daughter for hand/food-spa with gelnails. It took 2 1/2 hrs until we were finish and we're not satisfied with the work. The gel should stabilize our nails, but even the gel sticks not to it and nails break even it's gelcoated. The day after we went there for waxing our legs. They told us that the hair is too short and thin so it maybe works with sugarpaste. I use to work with sugarpaste in germany too and observed that they did not work and use the material properly. I showed how to handle with that and told to use my legs to practice. They are still hairy. And it took 4 hrs in summary that day. What a waste of time, money and material. Anyway - I refuse to go there again. I just want to leave this feedback that the owner coach the employees properly.

I've only visited twice and that was within a 5 year span. Friendly staff, accommodating, clean facilities they continue to expand their space and the services they provide. The artists they have know what they are doing. I would recommend!

I do not appreciate the pedicure and manicure. I took the package which costs 2k. Totally not worth it for the price to be honest. The footspa wasn’t even a footspa. The water was colder than a dead body. Go get a professionals.

Dhez (massage) and Carla (facial) did such an excellent job. Thank you so much. The staff are so pleasant and the salon is amazing. I'll be back soon. 🙌

Really really nice. Sir Lucky, my hairstylist. The best. I will definitely comeback to retouch my roots. 👍
