Inadequate parking space making it difficult to accomodate guest for home owners. They require guest car to turn on the hazzard lights until car battery’s drained. Developers must find a way to address this issue.

excited to move in nxt year.The place is so quiet ..a relax and cool place to live.Not that pricy..Looks like a 5star hotel amenities and structure....

Nice design. So lush and green in a garden setting. Oasis in the city. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Guards are a little strict and not as warm, not pet friendly but it's one of the best condo developments in Quezon City.

Nice and accessible botanical condo in QuezonCity,clean and safe community, ,friendly guards,staff and good assistance and trusted sellers..its so nice to live there.it feels like you live in the province because of the fresh air.

👍 Good security. Moderate rooms/units. Good Gym. Swimming pool is attractive but has unfinished touches inside. Thus you might have a bruise. This residence is close to the V.Mapa train station.(walking distance). Also finding a jeepney stop isn't difficult. And is close to the SM mall
