I am a PWD. Your meat section is out of order and I mean it in a way like it’s run by unruly children!!! Overstaffed, inattentive and disrespectful. No different from a public market. Add your customer service who did not handle this well and was equally rude. Not shopping here again and do not recommend this incredibly rude staff working here!!! UNPROFESSIONAL

In Waltermart it's really easy to find my favourite coffee from Indonesia, Good Day coffe. Sad to know that Cappucinno was out of stock at that time

Waltermart is one of the best supermarket here in Tagaytay City. Selections for food and usual hygiene supplies are good, but lacks more imported varieties. Catering size Cooking Oil and stuffs are also very good. Cakes and Pastries availability are also nice addition.

You have horrible staff members who cannot read nor can they organise items on the shelf properly. Items that so post to cost 30 pesos are neatly racked on the shelf with price tags indicating 100 pesos. In addition to pathetic organizational and logistics, your company failed in fixing the price checking machine; not just one, but all of them. What's worse? Multiple customers were complaining about the issue to me as if I worked there. Lastly, Ms. GERALD NEGRIDO ( CASHIER NUMBER 10334 ) WAS TALKING TO A CUSTOMER WHO WAS FROM ANOTHER COMPANY ASKING IF SHE COULD APPLY AT HER CUSTOMERS COMPANY 🫢 NOT REALIZING US FILIPINOS FROM CALIFORNIA OVER HEARD WHAT SHE WAS ASKING. lol... bad place to look for another job while you re on the clock. WALTERMART EMPLOYEES ARE NOT HAPPY AND IT SHOWS.

I do most of my grocery shopping here. They have almost everything any Metro Manila supermarket can offer. Seafood can be pricey so source them from the local public market. Of BTW, effective Oct 1, 2023, the mall where Walter mart is located will charge parking fee.

I was at your store Tagaytay City branch on October 31 2022 around 5PM. Was checking on poultry products. I asked the attending lady with a Bounty Fresh apron how much the Bounty Fresh chicken cost. She without hesitation pointed at the price tag on the other end of the counter and said "andito ho ang presyo"... without even addressing me "ate or ma'am or ale". I was stunned at her sarcasm. Then I thought this is what Waltermart or Bounty Fresh new code of conduct is . Customers should not ask for prices. You should walk around the poultry area and examine how much each item costs. Tsk tsk!

Staff are polite and stocks are the okay and arranged well. Only, they didn't have tube ice this time when we needed it badly. What's a picnic w/o ice cold drinks, right?

A convenient place to shop your groceries. Parking space is nice. They also check your vaccination card. They don't allow the supermarket to get crowded. So it's a plus point.

I like going grocery shopping at this supermarket because I think they're more complete with supplies compared to other supermarkets in Tagaytay. I also often find some hard-to-find items here, especially the herbs and other special ingredients. However, I hope that they would make some improvements on the following: - Provide baskets, not just big carts. The small carts are VERY hard to find. - The queue line takes a long time. - I often pay with Gcash but it seems that reception in the supermarket area is so weak.

An ok place to get groceries but some of the meat staff handles the meat with bare hands and then attends to the next customer with the same unwashed hands till I called him out.

Very strict in implementing the ECQ guidelines. Most of the shops are close. Only drugstore, food chains and supermarket are in operation.

Globe & Smart Data Signal inside always SUCK'S, No improvement. Implementing of Social Distancing Protocol on checkout counter line even for Couples (separating even couples) is very non-sense, stupid and no common sense for the management.

Well, Walter Supermarket Tagaytay is always open for your grocery stuff. Not too many people this time I visited. I like their promo items specially on their breads and pastries.
