We spent our Christmas bonding at this farm resort. We spent 3 days here. Upon arrival at this resort this became one of my favorite staycation spots. We received the true sample of excellent hospitality and customer service. The staff were very helpful in all our needs. The place was well maintained. It felt like an exclusive getaway because each whim has been addressed. The food was deliciously prepared. Location of our room was absolutely perfect and faced the poolside area which made it romantic when the sun sets. It was also spacious and with complete bathroom amenities s and toiletries. Though the resort was void of wifi and television, one can definitely find total relaxation and peace. One of the best part of our stay was the river trekking. It started as a simple adventure but we were surprised at the amazing scenery along the way and upon reaching the river we rested our tired legs and waded along the banks. Amazing.

The venue itself is noce and refreshing. The rooms and cottages are well kept. The food was Amazing. And most of all the crew and staff are Nice and knows how to treat customers right. Love this place.

We went here for our company's team building. A good place with a lot of activities to do. The place was also nice, although some areas seemed to be under maintenance. Didn't get to explore the whole place, but the ones I was able to go had nice views. I believe they also provided the food we ate, and it was delicious. The only fault I could tell was that most of the bathroom stalls had doors that couldn't be closed properly.

Gratchi's getaway is very nice place. I was impressed the moment we got there. The staff from the owner to the gardeners was so friendly!! The place is very clean from the rooms, bathrooms, surroundings!! The food was delicious!! We love the mushroom sisig!! If you want to have meetings, reunion, team building, there's a lot of activities to do (i.e zip lining, hanging bridge and etc), this is the place to go!! Even if you just want to relax, unwind this is also the place to go!! We will definitely go back there again and definitely recommend to everyone to check it out!!!

This is definitely one of the best place for any team building activities plus Play works really had a great set of activities addressing all types of businesses. The place is properly designed, amenities is great although there are some ongoing improvements. It is very windy and cold and nice to unwind if you want a digital fasting or spend time with your family or love ones.

I love the facilities for teambuilding. Lots of games. 143 of us were accomodated, and lots of parking.

Best place for team building activities. Sure way to wake those muscles up...complete facilities plus very close to nature feels! Just all the things you need to bond with co workers or your team.. they just need to sell coffee inside or bring your own. Beautiful place!

This place is great for group activities. Will bring out the best in team effort. My suggestion is to have a good sound system on certain, if not all pavilions. Keeping the safety equipment like helmet, gloves and safety harness clean and sanitized. The helmet straps really smells awful.

The place is definitely designed for team building big or small and facilities are continuously being improved. They do need additional staffing though to improve maintenance.

Pro: Place is suited for team buildings with active, young members. They have facilitators for the games handled by Playworks. Both the indoor and outdoor games were so fun. The Great Farm Race (outdoor activity) is like The Amazing Race where teams have to complete challenges before they can proceed to the next. There were a total of 9 stations; there is a short zipline, a mud crawl, kadang, retrieving the clue card from under the water (expect to get wet), marble game, etc. Food was ok. Staff were accommodating, even late at night. Cons: Pool was a little dirty at night since some of the guests from the race have taken a dip. Also, there were no water dispensers near the dorm rooms so be ready to bring your own bottles of water or request for water stations when you book. The indoor activities were held in a semi-open venue with poor ventilation, tho there were industrial fans, it was still too warm for comfort.

Enjoyed the place. Cool breeze from the lake kept it perfect for taking naps in the open. A student of botany will find lots of species to study. The food was excellent, and healthy!

A very peaceful and relaxing place to enjoy nature, food and activities. I can live in this kind of place. Turn off your phone and just enjoy the fresh air, organic food, vegetables and fruits. Our company did a team building event here. The place/ambiance was amazing it has animals like ostriches, chickens, turkeys, boars etc. For our team building indoor and outdoor activities and the staff was great very helpful.

Accommodating staff, quickly responds to emails but we experienced "expectation vs reality" so our group just stopped by to have at least 1 pic just for the sake of having an evidence being there. Not worth the entrance fee for daytrip, dirty restroom near bonfire, grasses were not properly trimmed. All facilities/activities were compressed in one area vs what they posted in facebook which is a 4 hectare land.

If you are for nature tripping, looking for adventure activities, then this is for you. I could have given it higher rating but there are things which is not available during our visit (like the longer ATV route) and if there are no minimum people required in doing the activities. Pool - the pool is nice and clean. The depth is from 3 feet (at the center) to 5 feet the deepest. There is jacuzzi or kidde pool but it is not functioning when we visited. Activities - there are a lot of activities you can do here but for a fee. We did zipline and ATV only as those are the ones that interests us and meets the minimum number of participants (zipline 3 people, ATV needs to have driver's license, other country's license is honored). The high ropes need 5 people as minimum so we were not able to do it. Cottage - cottage is big and is included in the day trip. It is your tyoical nippa hut but the flooring seems to be weak in design as it has suffered holes. Food - food is good and plenty! Day trip includes morning snack (arroz caldo), lunch is chicken, fish fillet and mushroom kare-kare. The pineapple is very sweet and you can still request for rice if you want. Afternoon snack is a big bowl of ginataang halo-halo which has lots of langka (jack fruit) although this one is on the sweet side. Ambiance - it is nature so expect a lot of greens in the area. It is also a farm so there are animals too.

It is a gem among rocks. It is hidden, so make sure you know the directions to get here. Once you arrive you'll be amazed of how big the place is. Best for team buildings and camp activities. They have all the facilities that can cater your outdoor activities such as pool, large grassland area, obstacle sections complete with props. I just hope that they will provide signs along the way from the main road for people not to get lost.

There's no access to food if you want to just nibble a snack. Good thing we hired a catering service but still, the place should have snacks that visitors can afford to buy.

Overall, I had a mixed experience during my stay at Gratchi's Getaway. While the personnel were friendly and accommodating, there were several areas that need improvement. Firstly, I found the food selection, taste, and price to be below my expectations. The variety of options available was limited, and the overall taste of the food was average at best. Additionally, the prices seemed to be on the higher side considering the quality of the meals provided. I would suggest expanding the food selection, enhancing the taste of dishes, and reassessing the pricing to offer better value to customers. Secondly, the rooms were disappointing. The blankets provided were thin, which made it difficult to stay warm during the night. It would be beneficial to invest in thicker and more comfortable blankets to improve the overall sleep experience for guests. Furthermore, the comfort rooms were remarkably small, making it uncomfortable to move around and use the facilities. Enlarging the comfort rooms or providing more spacious alternatives would greatly enhance guest satisfaction.

Just right for young people to experience a rope challenge and other team bldg activities. Just provide golf carts / jeep for easy travelling from point to point.

Plenty of things to do for both kids and adults. (Rope course, fishing, animal feeding, atv). The cottage was a little dirty, sitting and rubning against the table would stain clothes. We were the only group there, yet the service was still poor. Activities still worth coming back for though.

Our team loves doing team buildings at this place! The way the farm is set up is perfect venue for conducting team buildings and the Great Farm Race is super fun and challenging. To ensure a successful team building, make sure Playworks does your facilitation at Gratchi's! Aside from corporate team buildings, Gratchi's Getaway is also a great venue to get away from it all, enjoy nature, and the laid back farm life with your family and friends when you're in the Tagaytay area.

I love the big open space the place offers. Although there's another big group holding their team building activity, the facilitators managed to organize the day's events such that the groups don't crowd each other doing the outdoor activity. They also have a good facilitator managing the indoor activity. While there's nothing fancy in the morning snack and afternoon snack, I loved the sumptous lunch they served. If you plan on choosing Gratchi's for your next team building, I suggest having the teams and cheers prepared onsite so you can benefit more on studying how communication works in your organization. I would love to spend the night here next time.
