I visited here just this afternoon offering my service for a virtual tour. The girl there is very MASUNGIT, quick to decline me not even hearing what my generous offer is. It is like she already made decision even before i came in. As a businessman myself, this is not a good attitude for future partners and suppliers fronting the business to her. If I would to judge her, she seems to think highly of herself or maybe she is always having a bad day 😆 much better if she could smile a bit. However, it would be unfair for the real owner if i would base my review from that. The other staff are great! They are very courteous with customers. They are knowledgeable on what they are selling and answers any of your questions ☺️ The shop is very clean and you will see that it is well maintained, tanks and fishes are great, no dead animals. Their displays are very motivating 🙃. I must say this is a top class fish store!. They had adequate to large collection of fishes, tanks, accessories, and aquascaping essentials. They even have channas and variety of plecos which are rare to see in some stores. I highly recommend visiting here. I just bought some shrimp and snails and they are doing great with our very small 2.5gal aquarium 😁🙌 I'm so happy with them. Super kulit. Thank you ⭐

The place is well-stocked with equipments and fishes. They also gave me free ramshorn snails. Best to check with them first over their FB page what items are available before dropping by as their stocks run out quite fast.

I am an aquarium hobbyist for 51 years and counting. This is an excellent shop for planted tanks. I was impressed with the wide diversity of aquatic plants and planted tank set up. Fishes and invertebrates are unique and seems pre selected for small tanks. Thank you Oliver for assisting a veteran. Hope you remember my advice. Sea Billion pumps are more durable because it has a ceramic shaft.

They have varieties of fish available for sale and also accesories for the aquarium. The staff are also very helpful and accomodating.

Over priced products w very high mark up. Quality of most products is average and some are even below par. There is better place to source your aquascaping and hobby needs.

We purchased a fish tank from here 3 days ago. After only 3 days the fish tank cracked and leaked water everywhere which resulted in our personal items and electronics being wrecked. When we tried to exchange the tank or another one or get a refund the they tried to say it was our fault the tank cracked. We did everything correct as we have many times before. They didn’t help us at all and wasn’t accommodating. Very bad service. Also no apology. If you are looking to buy a fish tank here please re think.

Poor costumer service. I called their shop and the girl staff named “Emerald” was very rude. I was inquiring regarding a cannister product i bought from them 8months ago (which they said can last for 1-2years) but suddenly stop working. I was asking if it can be repaired or help me figure out what might cause the problem. The girl suddenly raised her voice to me in a very sarcastic manner.

Prices are reasonable, i love their aquatic plants and some supplies, Not so pricy and affordable sya unlike sa ibang petshop na d quality ang binebenta pricy pa. Safe and quality binebenta nila i recommend their aquatic plants and LIGHTS. Very responsive din sa concerns.
