    If you ever stumbled with this place under this name, do not believe it. There is no such thing as "Phase 3 Vista Verde" there is only "Vista Verde South Executive Village" which is the legal homeowners association. Phase 3 is a part of the whole VVSEVHAI.

    Secured area, 3 entrances makes this village an advantage to other subdivisions. Love this. 😊 Just keep all the carabaos and cows off the road.
