I had to leave on first night because of insect (BEDBUGS) in matrace of the bed. Had to find another place to stay in at 3 AM, returned keys before check out, didn't receive any confirmation about that. (also when we arrived our room was not prepared - it had a broken lock and we had to wait to get another one). Never got a refund. Definitely not a place to stay at (not even a “place”).

Rent was cheaper while I stayed for 3 nights. The service was very poor👎🏽 I left the room in the morning and then came back at midnight. I have found a bunch of key under my pillow and some food and drink and my slipper was missing.While I ask the manager (Peter), he replied that one cleaner cleaned the room and she might know. The next day, he replied he didn’t find them! And he was blaming me why I left the door open! No applology attitude! 😒

Well, however the host was really nice and kind, it does not change the fact, that the accommodation was possibly the worst I have ever been in Europe. The shared bathroom was in really bad shape. At least there were no bed bugs.

You get what you pay for. 31 euro for our "double room". Yes, on the website was written that the room has no window but it wasn't specify that is super small, with a old and uncomfy mattress where you can feel the inside, my pillow was unusable, huge and high that after 1 hour my neck was stuck and painful so I "slept" without and that's have to me the chance of smelling the mattress.. I truly believe they found it somewhere in the rubbish.. from there I didn't sleep much maybe also cause of the noisy fan (the only way to breath). It's an old wooden building and each step and movement will generates noise.. meaning that you will hear anything that comes from the other rooms as well. Only 1 toilet per floor (7 rooms!) means waiting long time to do your business. Last but not the least the linen in bed were dirty, full of "someone else body hair" which to me and my friend was disgusting. This is what happened in big cities, we ran away at 9 o'clock doing a "self check out" as the guy wasn't there yet! The 2 workers were kind and pretty friendly which is the basic of the hospitality field but also the environment conditions are quite important too!! I definitely not reccomend to stay at bangla.

I had such a terrible experience over here the room isn't exactly as shown in the picture I think picture had captured 4 years ago and the condition of toilet is worse I don't have any words to say please choose this as the last option.

What can I say...I had been there for 5 nights or 6...and I couldn t take shower at all...Is the worst hostel in my life... In africa is better

Within 10min I leave the hostel,I got there 7 at the evening and leave 7,10. Meant to meet my gf immediately I cancel meeting. Everything was so dirty forget the room and toilet I think the bed they gave me someone slept on it for 2 years didn’t do laundry for once.

There is no kitchen Unhygienic, very small room with a dirty shared bathroom. The bathroom and room both has bad smell, there is no dustbin and the window is transparent, so if you change your clothes, people in the next building can see everything. bedbugs in the room. Bad, Bad Poor place to spend even a short amount of time, and when I complained to the owner or the person that was there, he was quite harsh and haughty. I wish I could have booked a hotel instead of paying 50 euros at this untrustworthy location.
