Very tasty food, wonderful time spent

Don’t know where to start from! Worst KFC I ever had!!! Please do something! This is not the KFC at all you get all around the world! Salty, oily, no taste like kfc?? The matter of fact is I ignored my friends review about not to try kfc in Colombo!! Instead try something different!! Never again and my honest suggestion DO NOT TRY HERE!!

The food is greasy and all the tables upstairs are dirty also the staff can't speak or understand english very well.

These KFC Original wings embody the fundamentals of a good chicken wing. There was plenty of meat; a nice, even, and well-seasoned coating of batter; and good, simple flavor. This wing was salty and juicy and, though it was plain, it exhibited all the things I want out of a wings. **Need more stuff for good service

Poor service, unfortunately it looks like the workers are unfriendly and unkind, it looks like they don’t even want to be there. I got served a mini sundae with almost no icecream… Didn’t even want to complain because it seemed that the worker who gave me the icecream wanted to kill me…

To be frank, my visit to KFC Colombo was quite disappointing. The store appeared to be dirty and unkempt overall. The service was severely lacking; the staff seemed disinterested and unfriendly. What was even worse, my order was completely wrong. A significant portion of the items I ordered was missing, and what was there seemed like it had been sitting for a while. I will definitely not be returning

Nice food !!! Where is "spicy" 😞 ??

There are 2 electronic ordering boards and 2-3 cashiers. It didn't take long to make the order. We order the 'Coronel burger' for 2.99€ at a discount. Other chicken foods are not as cheap. It can be served piquant or regular, but the cashier didn't ask us what we wanted, so pay attention to that! It was immediately served to us and was fresh and warm. Maximum efficiency fast food! The food was tasty 😋 Eating in the Colombo dining zone is not that fun because it's a bit crowded and trays are left on the tables.

Why they are screaming the numbers while they have monitors. It’s very odd and uncomfortable. Numbers on displays always changing but not in Ready half.

Worst KFC of my entire life. If you enjoy food and have tastebuds, avoid this place like the plague. Not only did they send me the entirely wrong order, but the food they did send me was cold, bland and so greasy I literally had to throw it away because it made me feel unwell.

Can anyone tell me is KFC in Colomdo shopping mall have Halal Items. Thank you
