Normal hotel, everything worked in the room. But there are a lot of people. I wanted to go for a massage, but massage therapists don’t work on weekends. Which is very strange, because the Spa is located in the hotel itself and the people who live there can, like me, be in Lisbon on business on the weekends. It was because of the spa that I booked a room in this hotel, so I was upset. When booking a room online, I asked to be booked for a massage on Saturday. They told me that I had to make a personal reservation, but they didn’t warn me that they don’t offer massages on weekends. So I bought a pig in a poke. This is why the rating is 3

I had the massage through an odyssey voucher at the weekend and it was terrible. The masseuse ladies had little. It was just parties and always the same movements, I even asked for a little more pressure but nothing. Worst massage I've ever had. In the end they didn't even offer the usual tea. I had recently gone to Vila Gale Paço de Arcos and it was much better.

I liked it very much. The number of stars is not important, the attention, service and food are quite satisfactory.

Good environment, clean water and good temperature

The staff is friendly, and the massage was fine, but the facilities are awful. There are always swim lessons going on, and kids running around everywhere. When I went for a massage all I heard was screaming, and the door was wide open- far from relaxing. The locker room has a terrible layout, with the changing area right in front of the doors, and far from luxurious amenities inside. There’s always trash on the floor, and kids leaving the toilets in bad shape. It feels more like a community center than a hotel spa.

This is the second massage and water circuit experience I have had through an odisseias voucher for the Vila galé group, and it is the second that disappoints. Water circuits were very poor for the amount you paid, not to mention that the Turkish bath and Swiss shower didn't work and they weren't even informed at reception, the pool looked like a swimming club and the water was super cold for the temperatures that day. Hot stone massage on the voucher said 50 minutes, they ended up being 30 minutes and it fell far short of the massages I've had elsewhere. For 4* installations there is a lot to improve.

Very professional masseuse , really appreciated the therapeutic massage. Also place is very clean and staff are nice .

Friendly and attentive staff. Small changing rooms in need of improvement in terms of showers and lockers. Nice pool, 15m long and with well-controlled water and temperature, although in hotter weather it is about 2 degrees above my preference. It has sun loungers and an outdoor space that invites you to relax despite the noise from the 25 de Abril bridge. Finally, the pool needs to be cleaned more frequently, as some in the corners have dirt and beach sand.

Sauna not warm, everything looks old. Wouldn’t expect this from the Hotel
