    Terrible technical support service. I bought a Delta machine and after 2 months it started having problems.e. I took the machine there and sent it to Delta technical support in Famos. Afterwards I went to look for it and found that the machine was the same. I contacted services regarding the situation. They scheduled collection of it. CTT came to collect it and then I received a message saying that the machine was refused?? They brought the machine back to my house but I didn't accept it. I asked for it to be taken to Delta for technical support. I still don't know if the machine has arrived yet? I called and they just say they're sorry, but as soon as they know something they'll get in touch with me. I ask, a machine that is 5 months old, wouldn't it be more logical to give them a new machine? Because I'm spending money in cafes on the street. Unfortunate. This doesn't do justice to Mr Nabeiro's company. regret. and customer support???? And exp

    The service when it opened wasn't perfect, but given that it was just starting out, it needed some time to pass to mature. Unfortunately, evolution for the better did not happen. I was a frequent presence last year and there were moments of good service but it has been declining and today there is always something that fails, in the simplest things. In the last month, on 3 different occasions I asked for a decaf and they brought me coffee. Going back, I barely reach the table when I double check if it was what I had ordered. This last time, I ask if it is decaffeinated when it arrives at the table, the waitress assures me that yes, I go halfway through the drink and one of the waiters comes to me to tell me that it was after all coffee and the same waitress comes running and joins me. assuring me that it was decaffeinated... How do you trust what you are consuming... This is how you break a customer's trust. I'm not in the habit of leaving reviews but honestly, it's hard to understand that with the number of existing employees the service isn't better and more efficient and above all more attentive and more honest. I regret the review but I believe it contributes to future improvements.

    Delta has a “Contact Us” line that appears to be just for decoration. I tried endlessly to send a message and the result is always the same: “Try again”. Not like that 👎👎👎👎👎 ….

    COMPLAINT TERRIBLE TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE SERVICE. I have a capsule coffee machine that broke down after SIX months, still under warranty, and at the moment the machine is being serviced by DELTA for repair within 18 DAYS and with no estimated delivery date, without giving me a replacement machine or a new one. be under warranty. I have sent several emails and they do not even deign to respond to the emails.

    I made an online purchase, mydelta, of coffee capsules on 4th and I will only receive it, at best, on 2nd. The pandemic at this stage can no longer be an excuse. Bad service.
