Nice place although on the outskirts of Lisbon itself. Staff were quite friendly and were able to communicate in English. The rooms are affordable if you are travelling on a low budget and considering that it came with breakfast (very basic though). I had concern about the initial room allocated to me and the staff were quick to give me another room.

Situated at a walkable distance to the station but need to cross a subway which makes you feel creepy for the kind of crowd hovering inside there and outside. The hotel has Spacious Rooms. If traveling as a family be sure to ask for rooms with attached bath and toilet. The sharing bath & toilets are very small, situated outside in the passage. Be ready for knocks when you are inside 😜. Good breakfast but same stuff every morning. Their coffee, cappuccino, chocolate milk, all taste the same though. The staff good. Very far from Porto, the city to be in.

The location is okay as the train station is a short walk, and there is a small shopping centre area close by as well. The area is slightly on the ‘sketchy’ side due to a park being right outside and kids hanging about at all hours of the day, a lot of drinking as well goes on there. Didn’t feel unsafe though. The train ride to the main part of Lisbon- Rossio is about a 15 minute train ride, but the train is always busy and difficult to get a seat. Onto the hotel itself, it wasn’t terrible and the breakfast was included. Breakfast was the same every single day, which consisted of bread, spreads, orange juice, a hot drink machine offerings different coffees and hot chocolate, cereals, and a plate of oranges for fruit. I only came to realise that this is in fact a hostel afterwards, but didn’t make it any worse. We found out once we got to the room that WiFi is paid for and €2 for an hour, €3 for two and €8 for 24 hours. We didn’t need WiFi as we had internet on our phones, and we were out for most of the day. We also had a shared bathroom facilities, which was a bit of a pain as the other users just constantly left it dirty. However the cleaners always cleaned each morning (not the three times a day they state though) and always clean the room and leave two water bottles each day. It wasn’t terrible but I don’t think I would return to this place to stay for more than a couple of days, but if it’s a short stay then you will be fine. They also do rooms with bathrooms in the rooms but it’s a lot more expensive and was not worth it. It would also be helpful if they placed the toilet and sink separate as people can use it at different times instead of having to wait to shower. Also definitly should have a sink in the room for shared bathroom rooms.

We've booked 3 nights at this hotel but upon arrival at the neighbourhood we had a vibe that this was a very sketchy neighbourhood. When we checked-in at the "hotel" we used their WIFI to book another hotel. The rooms were very small and it looked as if the last time they've remodelled it was in the 1930s. The rooms were dirty, we found hair on our "clean" beds. There was mold on the upper corner of the wall. The bathroom was all moldy and very depressing and we were supposed to share this with other guests.

The rooms aren't very much sound proof so you hear everything and I didn't like the shared bathroom didn't feel comfortable taking a bath there, but overall it's okay for a quick stay in

so the room was very small... the linen was dirty, full of dust, the bathroom was shared and was very dirty. the smell of mold was from the entrance to the hotel to the room, so it's actually a nightmare place and believe me I'm not very picky I left the accommodation after checking in

I accidentally booked the hotel and it was a big mistake. Shared bathrooms, no ac, dirty sheets, dirty pillows etc. I just stayed awake all night and left the next day. I lost money but I booked another hotel which was perfect.

Great place to stay, a bit far from the center but pretty great if you come by car. They don't know how to make an invoice though :'(

Fire safety risk: doors can be locked from the outside with a key but cannot be unlocked from the inside without a key. The accompanying photo is from the part of the door facing inside the room (note no way to manually unlock the door). The staff are friendly and helpful 😀

We did stay there many times. Before we move to Lisbon every week we stay for a couple days. They treat us very well and most of the time they surprised the customers with gifts and upgrades.

Rezeption was effizient.Preis 45€ for room without bathroom was okay.Considering there was nothing else available for under 220€.Or 19€ sharing bunkbeds.A bit far out.Their Cafeteria is also okay.Rooms are clean enough and fairly large.A sink in the room would have been nice.Staff is friendly.

Really basic. Not much one gets for Euro 50 per night. Little things like only one pillow and no wash basin in the room is basic to my opinion. The stars I gave is for reception staff who is helpful and English speaking, and the second star is for fairly cleanliness overall. The are is really dodgie...
