I spent a week in the hotel, and it is nothing as it seems, is a total FRAUD.They sell the hotel as a 5 stars palace hotel that has been running for decades, when in reality it shouldn't have more than 1-2 years and barely 3 stars. Every single day was chaotic: 1. When we arrived to the hotel, there was no one to help us lift our luggage to the main entrance (you have to climb stairs to get to the reception) no body cared. 2. When I order the room service, not only they absolutely forgot to place the order, it arrived 1 hour late (for a club sandwich?) Abd cold, but when I wanted to check the bill, it was 50 euros off. I explained to the waiter there was a mistake because I didn't order the 50 euros bottle of wine, but he said it was in the bill and it should be right. This was really uncomfortable and unacceptable. 3. The rooms are NOT in the palace itself, but several blocks away in another building. There is not a single indication of where is what in this building, so you usually get lost. 4. Every single day I was woken up by cleaning staff chatting and laughing in the corridor at 8:00am. The "do not disturb" sign is completely useless, since they will wake you up anyway. Some days they even knock at my door at 8:15 to clean the room. But the one day I specifically asked in reception to clean my room since they didn't in all day, I found the cleaning lady exiting my room at 20:00 PM when I arrived at the hotel. 5. Every single day there was something wrong with the room. Whether they "forgot" to replace the used towels, tea cups or glasses, not hot water in the bathroom, problems with the safe, etc. 6. Breakfast. *The staff: If for any chance there were events or "important people" in the hotel, the staff will be somewhat attentive to you (offering you coffee at the table). If any other day (6 out of 7 days I was) not only they will absolutely ignore you, but won't even clean the tables for you before you sit. And if you want anything, you have to ask at least 4 people for something to be done. The staff (which everyday is new, with zero experience, really loud and inefficient) just couldn't be bother with the guests. Once I ask them for "coffee with milk", and after 30 min, what they brought was an espresso, then a latte, then tea, before they could remember it was just coffee with milk what I asked. One day I asked the saff for a juice glass, and ended up waiting 20 minutes for the glass, even though I asked FOUR PEOPLE for a single juice glass. And when the glass arrived, there was not juice. *The food: it was not enough for everybody, and since they didn't restock the hot food, it was always cold and dry. The coffee was burnt and the breakfast is just ordinary. 7. The staff don't care about the guests at the hotel, but the events that the hotel held and its people. Every time I needed something and called the reception, I was told "of course, immediately" and they did nothing. I literally almost lost my train because I asked them to call me a taxi and they simply never did. When you eproach something, they always said "my colleague this my colleague that". No one takes responsibility for ANYTHING that happens at the hotel. The staff is extremely unprofessional and inefficient. 8. Chaos at the checkout: not only they never called the taxi I requested hours prior and weren't bothered about it (the hotel its full of its own cars and could have offered them to me since I was in a hurry for their fault) but when the taxi did arrived, the staff didn't remember which luggage was mine, so they started loading the car with random luggages. This could've easily ended up in a total disaster. This is a "5 stars, 300 euros a night" hotel. But is fraudulent in every aspect it offers, and even dangerous (The materials of the building are very cheap, the bathtub is not safe for older people, how far the breakfast/ reception is from the rooms is ridiculous. And the fact that this place Is profiting from all this,is disgusting

It ls saddening to see how this great building is being run as a hotel. The housekeeping processes are completely random. You never know whether you have any towels left for the evening etc. The breakfast staff is badly managed and rude. The front desk and bell staff are brilliant.

A real Palace, feeling like you go back years but with luxury facilities. I really enjoyed staying here with friends and for business. The food served is amazing, the people are knowledgeable and provide great service. Thanks Pestana Palace Lisboa. It was amazing experience. Can't wait to visit again

Beautiful hotel, located in an old palace with two additional wings built next to it and therewith surrounding the beautiful garden. In the end of the garden, you can find the gym, an outdoor pools, and an indoor pool. The rooms are OK, but honestly more 3 stars than anything else. Not too big and the bathroom was pretty old fashioned and small. The staff is very friendly and amazing in supporting their guests. The breakfast is really good too with a wide selection of food. Fruits, eggs, meats, fish, breads, etc. Location is very nice too, although a bit further away from the city center. But Ubers are very inexpensive. Overall, I felt at home and the only remark is that it doesn't feel to me as a 5 stars hotel (except for the building and staff).

Very meh. The hotel is lovely, but definitely not 5*. The garden is stunning, and the breakfast setting is great (although very standard breakfast buffet provided). The room (garden view) was very dark and dated. Water etc was not replenished throughout our stay. Room service forgot items off our order. The most serious issue was that the hotel provided meals and breads with nuts, despite being VERY CLEAR that we had a serious allergy. Staff were fairly blunt. All in all, a nice place to stay, but definitely not worth the money.

Service was perfect, wonderful staffing, and Luke at the front drive was an all-star! We had a large group staying, and the rooms were pretty awful. No air con and room temperatures reached almost 35°, this was in all rooms in the building. It was extremely uncomfortable and for a hotel that is only 20 years old, this is pretty odd, especially considering they claim to be 5 stars. Even the presidential suite has no functional AC. When we checked in, we arrived to a room that didn't have a bed! They eventually moved us. We tried to get a iron for clothes but this seemed impossible as well. It took many hours for an iron to arrive. So much potential here but seems like they are not willing to add these modern comforts in a property that is really not as old as they make it seem. Of course, the property is beautiful, but it's not a place to stay if you want to be comfortable in the summer.

We enjoyed an excellent 5 night stay at Pestana Palace in early February 2024. The hotel team, building and grounds are fabulous, the service in particular was exemplary from every team member we interacted with. The breakfast was a memorable experience every day, for the excellent service and food and beautiful room. Our room, 2212, had a lovely view of the garden and was very comfortable, everything worked well, although the air conditioner/heater was a bit noisy and took a while to provide heat on a cool day. Overall it was a great experience, our memories of the beautiful rooms, gardens and most of all the lovely team will stay with us for a long time. We hope to return soon.

I got married here and will preface this by saying that Pestana is an absolutely gorgeous venue and the pool is especially amazing for a wedding weekend. With that said, the service was sub par and the communication leading up the wedding was abysmal. They made booking hotels & our wedding suite a nightmare, would not pick up the phone to assist us and were terrible at responding to emails. There were serious delays checking into our wedding suite on the day before the wedding, and I had NO time to get ready before our photo shoot & welcome party. Then they double charged our family for the rooms we had already paid for, causing unnecessary panic with our parents, and sent us the wrong drinks/food to our suite on the wedding day but still charged us. The 4 course dinner was far from "5 Star" despite us opting for one of the most expensive food packages... and food ordered by the pool took forever! Ultimately, the wedding here was magic (because of our planner) but no thanks to the staff/service. Also, their response below is a perfect example. I'm a woman and was the BRIDE and they called me Mr. the whole time.

This exquisite palace has everything. As a palace is very romantic and elegant all over the place. The restaurant is exquisite. The pool for me was the best spot to be with outstanding service. Rooms are quite large and with excellent views. The breakfast brunch is 100% The spa is perfect The Turkish bath sauna, Scottish bath and climate pool are all superb. For a very special occasion this is the perfect place.

The grounds, building and rooms are nothing short of spectacular. We had spa treatments that I thought were overpriced (€90 for 30 min facial seems pricy even by London standards) and fairly simple.

Hotel lobby, bar and private dining rooms are pretty. You will love it when you enter. But that’s pretty much it! Rooms are pathetic. We checked in yesterday, the room we were provided had a mushy wet wood smell. It said that it had city view, which was basically a tree outside our window. I don’t care much about the view but couldn’t stand the smell in the room. One single chair in the room is so dirty and old. I would throw it away if it was in my house. Room itself is like a 1* hotel. Worst I have ever seen. We asked them to change our room. It took them an hour and multiple calls to figure it out. We had to pay extra to change the room. Now in the 2nd room - shower doesn’t work. There are only 2 towels and one has a big hole in it. There is no iron in the room. We asked for a iron and board. They said they would send it but we are on day 2 but haven’t received the iron or a towel yet even after multiple calls. We had 2 days reservation here and paid $350+ per night. A total waste of money. I would say lowlight of our trip to Portugal so far. We will be moving to another hotel. Location is a bit far from main action so plan accordingly.

I would like to share my unforgettable experience at the Pestana Palace Lisboa, one of Lisbon's most sumptuous jewels. As soon as I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the attentive staff, who did everything possible to make my stay memorable. The hotel has been tastefully renovated, blending historic baroque style with modern touches, giving a unique and elegant atmosphere to every corner of the hotel. The large park surrounding the hotel is a real oasis of tranquillity, and the Japanese pavilion offers a breathtaking view of the spa's superb outdoor pool. The comfort of the rooms was simply perfect. Every detail seemed to have been taken into account to ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay. In addition, room service was impeccable and prompt. The meals were a real delight. The hotel's restaurant offers fine cuisine featuring local flavours. The superb breakfast buffet offered a wide choice of delicious dishes to get the day off to a good start. This place steeped in history is a real treasure, offering a haven of peace close to the bustling centre of Lisbon. It is ideal for seminars and business meetings, as well as being perfect for a romantic getaway for couples. I was also impressed by their private chapel, which makes it an ideal venue for enchanting weddings. The team at Pestana Palace Lisboa deserve praise for their professionalism and dedication to making every guest's stay exceptional. I have had the pleasure of staying here several times and each time I have been delighted by the quality of service and attention to detail. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional stay in Lisbon. Many thanks to all the team at the Pestana Palace Lisboa for this wonderful experience. I will leave with the most beautiful memories and the best regards. #B4YOUDISCOVERY

We were very pleased with the uniqueness of the property, the amenities and the stellar breakfast service. The pool, common areas in the palace interior, and grounds were beautiful, and for that along with the breakfast service we would absolutely recommend this hotel to friends and family. However, the quality of the food and the limited variety of offerings on the menu at our other meals was disappointing. With the exception of breakfast (which was great, with excellent variety) the food we ate at the bar and the lake house was some of the worst food we ate in Portugal. It was surprising to see such relatively unsophisticated dishes on the menu, like a Caesar salad, a club sandwich, a burger and fries. It seemed like things you would serve on the kids menu, or something you would serve to someone with no tolerance or interest in trying a different cuisine. In coming to Portugal we had hoped to eat more Portuguese cuisine (and indeed we did, at our other stays). I had a pork loin that came with a side salad that I was particularly disappointed in, and the fries I ordered at two different meals both became cold and soggy within a minute of being set down on the table. Were something like polvo a lagareiro or arroz de marisco to be on the menu I would have ordered that. I tried 3 of the 4 or 5 signature cocktails offered on the menu and was surprised that none of them featured more regional flavors or ingredients. I was looking forward to ordering something like a caipirinha or a drink containing Ginja but found neither of these on the menu. I found all 3 of the cocktails I ordered pleasant, if on the sweet side, but that is just personal preference. I was strangely discouraged by the waiter from ordering the first cocktail I wanted to order, but I insisted that is what I wanted and I enjoyed it. I am perplexed why he thought I wouldn’t like it. Overall, the menu was surprisingly limited and quite overpriced compared to the quality of the dishes we received. We did not dine at the hotel’s formal restaurant, so perhaps the quality of those dishes is much better than what is offered at the bar and the lake house. Though we anticipated that for a hotel with such a unique and noteworthy setting we could expect similarly unique and noteworthy cuisine. The only other thing that noticeably affected our experience was the distance of the hotel from areas with shops and restaurants. The hotel is a little far removed from the areas of interest, but that can’t be helped. The pool and on-site amenities do a lot to make up for this, however if we had the option to walk to dinner at an authentic Portuguese restaurant very close by we would have chosen to do that in lieu of continuing to dine at the hotel.

I am a portuguese single guy who was searching for a 3 days vacation, and I chose this place. Big mistake. Is hard to say where to start, but I had people looking at me sideways from the moment I came in. Most beautiful moments include breakfast service double checking my identity and looking at me sideways, waiting to much time for service and no one looking at me while they were chatting with an old family from Brasil, and telling me I need to make reservation in advance to be able to get to the restaurant and that i could only get an 8 pm reservation or no table, just to see an american tourist get in at 8.30 with no reservation. Cool. And also how can you have a wine list with no sparkling wine? There were also other moments that make this 100% not worth the money, like going to the indoor swimming pool that was for 12y+ and getting a lot of small kids screaming for hours and splashing on a swimming pool and making a lot of noise (it should be no jump to the water pool, but who cares if the splashing they are making damage the book I left on the table close to the swimming pool while going to the bathroom), or the cleaning ladies screaming to each other at the stepway at 9 am, but at this point who cares? The building / garden / space is so cool that i dont care too much at this point, still a 3 star experience. But I went to reception last night of my stay and ask the guy at reception for late check out (I have done this multiple times this at this hotel), and he said it is impossible system is down. I say how is this possible at such prestigious hotel, never had this before etc, and he starts saying he is sorry and he is trying to find out. At this point I get mad because I had to double ask to get a late check out and i should not need to get mad to get a late check out. When I get mad he looks at me like this never happened before, and just tells me my room is booked for next night so nothing he can do. I can see his smile joking at me. Maybe I was wrong, this is a tuesday night in a 200 room hotel, but maybe. So i go to my room and was able to book 4 rooms same kind as mine for the next night, just to get sure he was trooling me. No ideia how an hotel as prestigious as this can have someone has malicious as this person working for them, but it is the kind of staffing mistake you can not do when you are practicing this kind on prices. edit: I won't change my rating or review until I visit this hotel again, but the response provided to my review is in line with what I expected from this place and made me change my opinion about it. Grateful for the attention and I will give this place a second opportunity when I have the availability.

The selling point of this hotel is the architecture. The restaurant, the bar, the lounges look gorgeous. The garden is beautiful. The pool looks good for summer. Services are quite slow. When I asked something to do, it took ages. The amenity items are minimum for a 5 star hotel. The hair dryer did not work. The AC was inefficient, very loud and not warm at all. It is better to take breakfast early if your schedule is tight. Simply because the capacity of the venue is too small. Basically, you have to stand waiting a bit. It is helpful that there is a coffee machine at the entrance area, though.

A beautiful building with fantastic grounds, a real oasis in the city. The food was delicious, the breakfast buffet offers everything that you could need. Staff faultlessly polite and helpful despite it being very busy over Christmas and New Year. On a few mornings we had to wait but this was not for long. Fabulous food in the restaurant but we are used to smaller portions in London. We enjoyed travelling mostly by bus, tram and metro. There are trams and buses that serve the roads close to the hotel. Sometimes this was a bit tiring but we like to try to keep our minds active whilst minimising traffic on the roads. We also enjoy seeing Lisboa residents about their daily business.

We had our wedding at Pestana Palace last week and could not recommend them enough. If you are at all considering this as a wedding venue, book it!! Every single detail was perfectly executed. The staff treated us like absolute celebrities. This hotel is 5 stars in every single aspect. The breakfast spread is incredible, and the food at our wedding was perfect. The grounds are gorgeously manicured, and the attention to detail is unmatched. Every need and/or request we had was granted with exceptional speed. We needed lots of things through the chaos of preparing for our wedding, and the hotel was beyond accommodating. Throughout our wedding dinner, the service was so wonderful. No one's glass was empty, and the timing of the courses was perfect. You simply cannot beat Portugese hospitality, and Pestana Palace is a perfect example. Plus, the value is unmatched. In New York we would have spent 10x the amount for this level of service and quality of food, drinks, etc. I dialed '9' more times than I could count and each time was met with a kind and swift response to my requests (water, food, steamer, iron, extra bed, etc.). Every view is stunning and our guests continuously exclaimed how magical the entire day was. We used four different locations on the grounds- the garden for our ceremony, old stables garden for our cocktail hour, old stables courtyard for dinner, and an indoor room for the after party. Each location had personalized signs for our guests, was perfectly manicured and prepared, and was quickly cleaned up when we were finished. I simply cannot say enough about how above and beyond everyone involved went to make each detail so special. Umbrellas for our guests were put up at the ceremony when the day ended up being hotter and sunnier than expected. We truly felt like royalty. At the end of our wedding night, my husband and I returned to our room (which was included) to our wedding cake (which was delicious!!!), a bottle of local sparkling wine, rose petals on the bed, chocolate truffles, and other treats that made us feel incredibly special. Not to mention, I had left the room a huge mess after getting ready with five other girls throughout the morning and afternoon. I also had stayed with my sisters the night before and left the room with three separate beds, but returned to a single big mattress for my husband and I. This venue far exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived, through our wedding day, and until we left.

The hotel is beautiful if you don't mind airplanes overhead every 5 minutes. The service in the restaurant is tragic. The service in the restaurant is lazy and incompetent. We have not experienced a worse restaurant. The rooms are big and spacious, the bathroom is old and not so nice.

While the exterior looks great, the hotel rooms are located in a run down building that's connected to the main building. While the staff is helpful, the rooms are disappointing. Our room had an airconditioning unit that was both uncomfortably loud and ineffective, we were told that it would be fixed but no action was taking during our stay. The shades barely shut out the light the bathroom had a damaged ceiling that noisily rattled whenever a door was closed on the floor. There was mold in the shower along the wall. Overall it doesn't look like any attention is given to the rooms.

It's a beautiful hotel that's unfortunately let down by its slow and inefficient service. The check-in process was slow and tedious. Room key wouldn't work so I had to wait 20 minutes for the replacement. Some of the staff were nice and friendly and other staff were slow and unresponsive. Disappointing, overall.

This is such a wonderful hotel! The property is beautiful, the staff is amazing, and my room was perfect. While the grounds and interiors of the hotel are exceptionally gorgeous, the staff is truly what makes staying here an incredible experience. Every member of the Pestana Palace team went above and beyond to make my short stay as excellent as possible. From facilitating a very early check-in straight off a redeye into a fabulous upgraded room with private balcony, to an impromptu garden tour and history lesson of this magnificent palace, everyone team member I met here was helpful, sweet, and hospitable. The attentive, friendly service is A+ in the fantastic breakfast room, the cozy bar, and everywhere in between. I can't thank the Pestana Palace team enough, and this is the only place I ever want to stay in Lisbon!

The Pestana Palace is a unique destination because it is also ultimately a museum of sorts. There are plenty of shared spaces to explore, plenty of rooms to see, an old chapel, a beautiful garden full of exotic (and yummy) plants, and even an old elevator (good luck finding it). All those things contributed to the fact that we felt like we weren't only staying in our hotel room, but rather, staying in the entire hotel. The staff were incredible, special shout out to Pedro who showed us around with great patience. The facilities were world class, with a great gym, an indoor pool, a beautiful outdoor pool and an incredible garden. This has been our best hotel stay to date, and if ever there was a 6-star hotel experience, that would be it.

We held our company Christmas event at the Cavalariças building (attached to the hotel), and it couldn't be better. From the willingness and care to accommodate our limitations, to the attention given during the planning but, above all (and of utmost importance in these types of events) the food quality and the professionalism of all the staff. May there be a chance, that's where we'll hold the next company event. Congratulations and many thanks to the entire events team!

The pictures of the palace and grounds speak for themselves, but all I can say is wow, what fantastic staff. All the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, but in particular, Luiza and Miguel went above and beyond to help us, before, during and after our stay. In terms of hospitality, it is perhaps the best hotel I have stayed at in Europe.

This is truly one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed at. The hotel is amazing with a charm of a bygone era. The rooms are spacious, the garden is in a great condition. The staff at the reception could be a bit more friendly and less in a hectic. However, the staff in the restaurant makes up for everything again. They pay attention, react immediately and have an eye for details. The breakfast was very delicious. We will definitely stay here when we are in Portugal again.

What a terrible spa experience. I arrived at a spa, noone was there to greet me. The cleaner had all her buckets and brooms all over the place. The receptionist, who also was going to be my therapist, showed me around, the sauna and what they call a Turkish bath weren't even switched on, everything is old and run down. I was already not convinced that it will be a relaxing experience. She then showed me a ritual room, and when I asked where the scrub will be done, she said in the same room, but then I will have to go 2 floors down for a shower. At that point I was clear this is not something I am going to pay 200 eur for and left.

We went and had a look around this beautiful hotel, this was a surprise stop off on our way to Belem, our tuk tuk dri ver gave us an informative look around, this building is now a 5 star hotel it is truly stunning and luckily as it is of public interest we were able to take a look around free of charge, definitely worth the stop off, there is a wall in the lower floor with signed photos of the many famous people who have stayed there including Madonna who stayed for 6 months!

Beautiful hotel and location. Weather was wonderful too but the staff went over and above to make my stay memorable in a very nice way. From the restaurant, front desk, outside tours and evening meals at bar - on and off menu- beautiful salmon meal and wonderful fruity cocktail - Berry Blend- I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! Will try come back!

One of the best places I stayed during my three weeks holiday in Spain & Portugal. It is more than a hotel - their garden, hallways, and buildings were absolutely beautiful. The staffs can’t be more professional. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Lisbon.

Great property. Would stay for €200. During these last 2 years in Portugal I have grown accustomed to pay twice what things are really worth, had they been located in any other EU country 🤷🏻‍♂️ Bang for the Buck? Not in Portugal 🇵🇹🚫💸 Great staff. Decent rooms that have not been renovated to modern standards = no sound proofing, no walk in shower etc. Nevertheless they still charge €400 🙄 It's the same in restaurants: tasting menu €160 for similar food that you would pay €80 in the rest of the EU. I have no idea how the Portuguese got so conceited that they think their stuff is worth double the money ‼️

It very rarely occurs that you stay at a 5 stars palace and look forward to go back home, unfortunately this is the feeling I had staying one week in Pestana Palace Lisboa. Seems like Pestana Palace exemplifies the post-COVID hospitality crisis, it was overall under-staffed and is full of young trainees who don't seem to have much idea about what they are doing. Definitely not a five star palace level. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a nice swimming pool. The quality of bedding and lighting in the room were good which allowed for good sleep. However, sound proofing was weak, we could hear noises of neighbors all night passing in the corridors. Location is not nice, you are on top of a hill, 30 mins from the center of lisbon, and not very close to the center of Belem too. Food was very very average both at the breakfast and in the restaurants. The breakfast buffet lacked variety and freshness. Food in the restaurant was simply terrible, we didn't even finish our meals. Mini-bar was not restocked properly and it is the first time that a hotel would make you pay 8 euros service fee just for ordering from the room service. The front desk even tried to make me pay for my calls to the room service if I had not protested the bill. I would really not recommend staying here at all.

A wonderful hideaway in the center of Lisbon. There is an air of grandeur (but not pomposity) about the place, especially in the grand vaulted hallways and public rooms. Sheer refinement. The staff are wonderful - their friendly attitude and efforts made us feel like home from the first moment. No detail was overlooked. Amenities are all excellent - we made full use of the gym, indoor heated pool and spa. Everything was perfectly clean and high quality. Even the food surprised us - the in-house smoked salmon and duck magret were divine and the selection of cocktails and wines was great. We’ll certainly be coming back!

What an incredible hotel! In particular the Spa is well worth a visit. I had a treatment from Ana and it was one of the best facials I have ever had. She is incredibly talented. The rooms are gorgeous, the pool is perfect and the food delicious! I will stay again!

Very beautiful hotel and excellent service. Very welcoming and helpful. I recommande this hotel. The price is justified. It’s a 5 stars hotel. On the contrary, the restaurant is far to be a 5 stars. Service is good and professionals but quality of food is awful. Every thing is reheated. They don’t know fresh cooking, the meat was so hard and cooked that I didn’t eat. We were very disappointed. I hope a very deep improvement cooking wise.

I was expecting more from a hotel that positions itself as a 5-star. The hotel is nice, but not a 5 star in my view. The highlight is the facilities and its structure, good location, specially if you rented a car and in a historical building with cared gardens and nice pool. The food and kitchen service was the downside. The staff is mostly very nice and proactive. The breakfast is nice. The pool bar is average and expensive, it takes a lot of time to be served (1 person serving too many people when I was there), food took 70+ minutes to come (simple pasta with red sauce from kid’s menu) and the food was not super good. The dinner for me was a big disappointment, very expensive and the food was really average. Way better to go outside of the hotel. We had the unfortunate situation that we went for dinner at the same time of a wedding that was happening in the hotel and the service was horrible, it took ages for the food to come (50+ minutes again) and some options were not available due the wedding (like for example a basic mashed potatoes from the kid’s menu). They were clearly prioritizing the wedding over the “normal” guests which was really disappointing. If you are vegetarian or vegan, this is not a place for you. The options are extremely limited and not at all tasty. I expected more from a 5 star hotel.

It was my first acquaintance with the hotels in this network. And it was love at first sight! Highly recommend visiting! It's like a paradise not far from bustling Lisbon. Excellent staff, chic interiors, and unforgettable breakfasts! I will definitely return!

The room was amazing!! We had the best night in the bar. The service was 10/10, and so was the hotel. We even got a whole you trough the palace when we arrived, by a super nice man named Andre. He also gave us some amazing spots to have dinner, in the area around the hotel. The hotel has a beautiful garden, and the palace is so astonishing. The breakfast was delicious! The location is in a very peaceful area, and it had a beautiful view on the bridge. This was an amazing experience, and it was not that expensive. We are definitely coming back!
