If
you
don't
run
into
any
issues
or
you
visit
in
person
then
they
are
probably
a
great
service
(as
you
see
from
the
other
reviews).
If
you
do
have
any
issues,
I
found
their
customer
service
is
slow
to
respond
or
doesn't
respond.
Their
DOA
guarantee
does
not
cover
delayed
delivery
so
you
are
taking
a
gamble
when
you
order
online.
Other
online
vendors
are
shipping
corals
with
a
superior
quality
of
packaging
-
the
thickness
of
the
foam
box
from
Freakincorals
is
about
2.3
cm
(vs
4cm
from
some
other
vendors)
and
the
corals
are
packaged
in
tall
bags
that,
with
my
deliveries,
fell
over
in
the
box,
leading
the
coral
to
hit
the
interior
wall
of
the
box
during
shipping.
I
was
offered
store
credit
for
the
corals
that
were
killed
by
the
delayed
shipment.
But
after
paying
another
50
euro
in
shipping
and
a
slow
communication
to
figure
out
how
to
practically
use
the
store
credit,
the
delivered
coral
was
very
different
from
my
expectations.
At
first
I
believed
that
the
wrong
coral
had
been
sent.
It
is
a
very
different
colour
to
the
website
photo
and
to
the
coral
of
the
same
variety
I
received
in
the
original
order.
And
several
months
later
the
same
WYSIWYG
is
still
on
their
website.
But
Freakincorals
did
reach
out
in
response
to
the
original
version
of
this
review
to
explain
that
this
was
a
website
error.
You
pay
for
a
UPS
service
that
offers
a
money
back
guarantee
if
your
delivery
is
delayed
but
you
shouldn't
expect
to
be
able
to
get
that
money
back.
As
the
recipient,
UPS
does
not
allow
you
to
make
that
claim
so
you
are
reliant
on
FreakinCorals
to
make
the
claim
and
they
tell
me
the
claim
was
rejected.
