We chose this place for the low price but there is nothing about our visit to Lisbon that I regret more. Not only is the place much dirtier and broking than you see on the pictures, but also the host is the most rude person I have seen in Lisbon with no reflective capacity. In the middle of the night he woke us up because he was screaming to some other guests. Initially he was not even planning to apologize to any of us. He blames it to the fact that he has a hostel and does not have a lot of sleep but that is definitely not our problem and we should not suffer from that. We were really considering to switch hostels, but there was nothing affordable available in the area and we had already payed. However, the metro is just by the corner, and it is very convenient. I wouldn't recommend staying there even if the price seems cheap. The photos of the rooms, kitchen, and bathroom don't match the reality. Moreover, the owner is quite rude. It may be better to opt for a solution in the city center.

Don't stay here! This is the worst hostel I ever had the displeasure of spending a night at. The hostel is falling apart and there are bed bugs in the beds. I was bitten all of over my body. I'm definitely never coming back to this place!

Terrible experience. The host insisted on us arriving punctual but then he didn't pick the door bell and made us wait for half am hour outside. Then we checked and found bed bugs so we decided to leave immediately, and the owner said we were lying and refused to make a refound. The kitchen was dirty as well.

The room was too cold no heater. (Major problem) No items in kitchen to use for cooking. Room is not secure, the staff has key and enter in room without your permission and without your presence. if you have kids please ignore this place. Thanks

Bed bugs, no hygiene and bad smell of insecticide all over the place indicating the person knows they have a problem with insects. Owner lies in the face and declines responsibility or refund. Moreover, they send angry messages (see attachment). Stay away from this place and especially the owners. Also, I recommend all the people scammed there to report this to ASAE.

This hostel is a nightmare. I stay here 4 nights and the owner just cancel my reservation on booking so that I can’t do a review for them! Now I understand why they have 7 point rate on booking, because if you complain they don’t allow you to make a review. This accomodation was cold and humid, I asked to have a heater and the owner told me that he didn’t find any place to buy one because on Saturday the shops are closed, so ridiculous. Luckily my friend gave me a heater she had in her house so I could heat my room. Its very dirty, I moved the night tables and I found a lot of rubbish and used masks. The kitchen and the bathrooms were Disgusting.

This is the worst hostel I’ve ever stayed in! Instead of a double bedroom with balcony we were put in a windowless 3 single bedded room which was dirty and I’ve got at least a hundred bed bug bites!!!!

The place is quite nice and well placed for seeing Lisbon, close to the Metro. The room is a bit old, but the beds are comfortable and is so clean. The bathroom has so much space. The kitchen too, but has not so many things to use. The guy was so nice and responsible. In general is a good place to stay while you visit the city and to sleep in.

Very good price and host was awesome. It's comfortable and clean. There is like open window in the room to the main vestibule so it's little bit noisy and without private. The walls are also very thin and you can hear your neighbors.

Besides that everything in this hostel is insanely gross and that I did not even get a normal blanked which made me very cold during the night, this wasn’t even the worst part. The worst part is the host, he is one of the worst persons I’ve ever met. One night, we were calmly brushing our teeth in the kitchen, which apparently was not allowed. Instead you should do it in the bathroom which is 20cm further, very logical???? Then the host started shouting at us and waking all the other guests. When we confronted him the next day, he refused to apologise and when we finally got an apology out of him, you just saw in his eyes he didn’t mean any of it. He is honestly one of the worst persons I’ve ever met.
