Room was great with a spectacular view of the city, never seen something like it for such a cheap price. Staff was really annoying and rude during check out tho, called the rooms 3 times in some 3 or 4 minutes just because we were 10 minutes late...

Everything was great. Last minute booking for one night without any issues.

Rooms are a little outdated but clean. Bathroom smelled a little of sewage and the fan was really loud. Staff was friendly and helpful, and you can’t beat the location. If you’re looking for an economical place to stay, this is it.

Absolute rip off. €75 for a dirty room, rude staff and they don't even give you a bottle of water... Let alone tea or coffee. Not worth more than €20. I come to Lisbon often and this is the worst experience so far.

Das Schlechteste, was ich je gesehen habe. Das Objekt als Hotel zu bezeichnen ist der reine Hohn. Der Empfang in der6'ten Etage war eine Zumutung... Ich dachte ich sei in einem Horrorfilm irgendwo in einer Mischung aus Schmuddel und sozialer Abstiege angekommen. Ich hatte dort für eine Woche gebucht und als wir ankamen habe ich noch am gleichen Tag ausgecheckt und das Hotel gewechselt. Ich kann nur abraten dort zu buchen. Es sei denn es ist einem komplett egal in welcher Abstiege man übernachtet.....für das Geld eine Frechheit Ohne gleichen....

Die besten Lage! Sauber,und die ganze Brigade sind sehr hilfsbereit!!! Nur 4 km entfernt von Flughafen! Liebe Grüße an alle die mich kennen!!!

I called to help a friend who was staying there, because the recepcionist didn't speak english, only portuguese. She was very rude and not helpful at all. At the end of the stay my friend asked for a receipt to get a reimbursement from her employer and the recepcionist refused it.

Location: Near to airport. Takes 10 min by taxi. Just come out of airport and take metered taxi just at the exit. The que may be bit long but will not take more than 10 min. Meyer will be less than 10 Euro. The hotel is at the main road but you may not be able to easily notice. Nevertheless, the taxi drivers knows it well. So, no issues. One more point: The reception is at 6th floor. Take lift at the entrance. If your Room is at 7 or 8 the floor, you will have to walk two stairs. Property: Not exactly a hotel. More like an upgraded apartment. Neat and clean rooms. Rooms are spacious and has an attached bathroom and an attached sitting room with small sofa. TV, locker, refrigerator and cupboards available. Air conditioner is available in both the rooms (bed room and sitting room). Service: Only breakfast is served. No lunch or dinner. No room service. So, for coffee, lunch and dinner, you will have to go out. Timing: Open 24 hours. If the front gate at ground floor is locked, there is a phone from where you can call the reception and they will open the gate. WiFi is free and available in both rooms and open areas. Reception is OK and can speak English. Telephone available in rooms. Charge is 0.2 Euro per unit.

This a nice family owned hotel or AL-Alojamento Local, the Portugal's denomination for simple hotels or Airbnb or BB, not far from city center and very well located in the Metro Line to and from the airport. In a corner and facing a large park starts at the 6th floor.

Its clean and the staff are friendly, but my room is really loud. There's road noise and people yelling and talking in the hallway late at night. And I was woken up at 6am every day by a loud drilling noise. If you can attend the noise, it's fine. But I was miserable.

Not bad, but quite overpriced for what you get. Relatively good location - 30 minute downhill walk to the city centre and 10 mins taxi from the airport. We had an issue with some exposed wires in the shower cubicle which wasn't fixed within 12+ hours of us notifying the staff. However they upgraded our room to account for this inconvenience which we appreciated. A nice balcony with a great view in each room and comfortable beds.

Nice hotel, excellent location for acces to public transport, clean and spacious room, friendly staff, and an adequate (though not great) breakfast. Watch out for their credit card machines.. they don't work often, and if you don't have large sums of cash, you're going to be in trouble!

Excellent ubication, right in front of the metro exit. Beds were comfortable, place was clean and staff very friendly. It has amazing views to the fonte luminosa. Downstairs, in the same building, there is a Bakery / restaurant that was very convenient. A great spot to have a pastel de nata!

Very confortable place. Good cleaning and confortable beds, is a little bit far from the city center by walk, but is close to the metro station

Frankly, it was a great value-for-money choice! The room was clean and spacious enough for the 2 of us, and the reception staff were incredibly helpful with requests.
