    I attended angamardhana here. If you are looking for a place to learn about holistic care of body and mind, this place is meant for you. A top quality traditional hatha yoga training center in thrissur, yogapaadha is definitely the right place. The schedule and structure of classes are perfectly organised with enough time for study, practice & rest. A well dedicated hatha yoga teacher guide us through the practices. The only drawback is the limited space over there.

    A serene ambience and a dedicated yoga teacher combine to make this space one that is conducive to learning and reflection. I have personally attended two programs conducted here and can say with certainty that it is the perfect atmosphere in which to imbibe these ancient techniques :)

    It was so excellent. I never used to sleep at 10 AM for past 9 years. Second day of this program I felt very relaxed and slept exactly at 10 AM, wake up very fresh at 5.30 AM, Expecting to complete this mandala and looking forward to join inner engineering program

    I did Angamardhana and Surya kriya here. The experience was so good and I really got inspired by the way the teacher teaches. Now I’m looking for becoming an Isha hatha yoga teacher. And the practices I learned benefited me in my Sambhavi Maha mudra kriya that it enhanced the meditativeness. And flexibility is also something o should say. I can really see the change in my body

    I took a 10 days online program. The teaching, methodology, level of accuracy in terms of instructions and the pedagogy of learning is incredible. Feeling extremely centered and calm after this course. The 40 days mandala support group after the 10 days session was an absolute pleasant surprise. Thank you for all your guidance. We are blessed to be guided onto the path of light.

    Great teacher, constant high quality teaching, gentle challenging practices, very welcoming friendly atmosphere, all around great studio. this silent place is situated behind Thrissur collectrate, approximately half km from Thrissur collectrate.

    It was a wonderful experience and the purpose for which I enrolled for, I achieved it almost. Still I need to do continuous practice then I hope that I will achieve it fully.     The practices were much simple to learn and follow with clear instructions and guidance. But much much beneficial in so many means. Mental stress got come down, mind has become clear and sharp. Physically feeling much active throughout the day. Feeling so calm and composed and much much more to keep elaborating the benefits.     It was a great experience of attending 10days online yoga classes. Initially it was difficult physically and I was not connected mentally but towards the end of course I felt remarkable change in myself , not physically but mentally I got connected again with myself... Of course still the connection is yet not very strong and I tend to get disconnected but I know I will be in a far better condition after completing the 48days mandala.

    I took 10days practice sessions , they are very informative . It made me think differently on daily work routines. I am now practising 48 days Mandal and I am sure it will definitely give new perspective to look towards life .

    This is the first time I am attending a session primarily for meditation. Thoroughly enjoyed Dhanyas clear instructions with a smile face and a calm demeanour. The instructions and reference videos are very clear. Hope to start inner engineering program after completing mandala practice

    Basic yet powerful practices that will improve your mental and physical wellbeing. I would recommend this course. Also the trainer takes a lot of care to ensure that you learn all steps properly. I appreciate that. They are also supporting us after the completion of the course :)

    One among those rare places where hatha yoga is taught meticulously attending to the details. Medium of instruction is English as it is offered from Isha Hatha School of Yoga. The instructor is a certified Isha Hatha Yoga trainer. As seen in other programs of Isha, the ambience, schedule and organisation of the program is worth mentioning. The programs offered here are Surya kriya, Angamardhana, Yogasanas, Bhuthashuddhi and Upayoga. Mostly for 14 years and above. But there are a few programs specifically for kids. I did Yogasanas from here. Willingness to attend to corrections is one thing that I noticed.

    I stumbled upon this program just by chance and I am so glad I registered for it. Last 10 days have been so different and I used to look forward to each session. The yoga practices are so unique and easy to do. The knowledge videos about the food were really eye opening. Thank you for such wonderful 10 days

    This program was very simple and good. It was easy to understand and was conducted very smoothly with discipline. Creating a Mandala group is very supportive. This program is at a very reasonable price too. I find a sincerity in conducting this program for an aim to uplift the mankind. I sincerely thank Sadhguruji and his supporters who are making Isha a very joyous and a peaceful place looking into the betterment of mankind. May God bless them all.     Amazing training structure, trained lot of values which everyone should adopt in their life. The trainer was patience to answer all types of questions and instructions were in detail, on time and smiley. Even after the sessions the program supporting the mandala is something over and above the program which shows Isha foundation is really spreading their values to society.

    Namaskaram Isha Family Initially I had some apprehensions joining online yoga but these 10 days experience with dedicated instructor was worthwhile. Forming a Mandala group once you complete 10days program is the best part of it. The group continues to give you a sense of commitment and motivation to include yoga as a part of your daily routine.

    Truly helpful sessions of both Yoga and Meditation. The training sessions were well organised -on dot in time, with a professional coach, supported with audio-visuals,. Sister Dhanya, our coach was too good and patience enough to clarify multiple queries came on our way.
