Apartments are good, compact in size. Good property. However the management and house keeping of the apartment, needs improvement. Users decorate the apartment for birthday etc. and leave the residues, which is not removed by the staff also. TV, remotes are not working, batteries removed, Tata sky was deactivated. Otherwise, microwave, toaster, water boiler pot, cutlery like plates, spoon cups, glass tumblers available.

Rajhans Belliza is a stunning property. Pros - Cheaper than 2 star hotels - Swiming pool - Children play area - Gym - Restaurant Cons - No services - Services based on flat/room owners - No wifi/tv (based on room) - Only AC room - Not maintained flat where I was staying, AC issue, cleaning issue. Overall good hotels to stay with couple but no outside hangout place. No air ventilation Inside ground garden and it's really frustrated. Room are good but not well maintained. You can't go to Gym, cinema and pool at any time.. time is is really weird(gym is starting at 11 am. And you can't watch movie at night ...seriously dude 😪).

Though the place is pretty good, it is very far from railway station. Also, the service is not at all upto the mark. No one is much bothered to look behind the customers, the AC wasn't working properly, WiFi's password wasn't provided even after so many attempts, the staff is not polite, gym stays open only for couple of hours in morning, other facilities such as spa, game zone, etc was closed.

Seems an interesting property to stay. It’s far from center of city but near from Airport. So traveller can stay there. It is weekend homes, so if you get bore & for a change if you want to stay in luxury, you can choose this property. I went to have a dinner at Sizzling Salsa so there is no such things to review about rooms, facilities & services. But in some time, you will get it.

I am shocked to see 5 or 4 star rating for this worst Hotel. They took booking over call and when my Father in law reached there at night even after notifying them, They refused to take them and said that there are no such room booking. Owner is not picking the call and the property Security guard disclosed their wrong doing saying they take booking amount and does not give any room. Worst hotel. Do not pay any advance.

Rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and exuded an air of sophistication. The attention to detail was evident in every corner, from the plush furnishings to the stunning artwork adorning the walls. The bed was incredibly comfortable, guaranteeing a restful night's sleep, and the panoramic views from my room were simply breathtaking in JEEL ELITE INN.

We booked 10 Appts / Rooms for the group. While it was reported that all basic facilities and amenities will be offered and available we experienced the following: 1. Rooms and especially Washrooms were not at all maintained and not worth.. 2. Amenities like Gym, Jacuzzi, theatre, indoor games were just on paper.. either they were closed / not operative and if opened the instruments were not in working condition… 3. It a huge huge property of about 13 storey building but Lifts too appeared not appropriately maintained.. they were not operating smoothly… 4. Common sitting area near restaurant is a good place…. But too small considering the total occupancy.. 5. The hosts were cooperative but could do little to offer working amenities.. All in all not worth staying for more than a couple of days… better to look for other options…

Location of this hotel is good, far from the city, quite place to be. Rooms are spacious but require more cleanliness of curtains, towels (which were provided), bedsheets, bathrooms.

Was a really nice place! Stayed for about 9nights. Apartments were really cozy. The design of the building was something very unique that I hadn't seen before!

The latch of bathroom and bed room door did not work. Two TV in bed room.. neither working.. the service response however was nice. The ambience is nice and one of a kind experience.

Worst place to book in Surat. Cancelled my booking on the day without informing me. Care takers are the worst and the location of the place is so much away from city centre. Property managers are very rude and never book this place especially through a third party application. Beware!

Nice, cozy and comfy apartment spaces with all basic amenties. Would definitely recommend for long stays amidst peaceful surrounding.

It was a great stay at Rajhans Belliza and the hosts were very helpful and warm. The apartments are very good and nicely maintained. I would recommend this to everyone.

Outside the main city - nearer to the airport. Apartments were ill managed with no drinking water available - had to pay 60 bucks per bottle of water to get it delivered from some nearby restaurant. The location is pretty isolated with nothing around for pretty much 5-10 kms. Most of the flats in the building are abandoned and there was a very prevalent mosquito problem.

It was average experience at this place, seems service to be improved much, as seems many unused rooms and aasoceries are unused and not working for example freez, cattle etc. location is far away from main roads. Suggestion to travel with your own car.

It's a closed building full of service apartments mostly 2 bhk. Two individual towers- A & B, 13 floors each . We stayed in tower A, the bathroom conditions are very poor, the room and hall is fine , hot water is always available. The management is very active, always available and friendly. It has one restaurant on the ground floor with very okayish food. Location is 3kms from airport but 11kms from the actual city.

Apartment feeling was like home, very clean and hygiene rooms, room service was not to the mark we had to remind them for every little thing some of the kitchen accessories were not in the room so we had to bother them even for drinking water, location wise the stay is a bit away from city but the place is peaceful and nice. Loved the greenery around in the hotel premises.

Distantly located property but near Surat Airport. Service apartment style leaving with a restaurant in the premises. Issue is with cleanliness. Entire property was infested with mosquitoes and smelled of chemical used to get rid of mosquitoes.

Overall, good for bnb and service apartment setup. They need to improve the security check measure and keep it customer friendly. Everytime we entered the premises in our stay of 2 days, the watchman is rude and stopping us from behind after reaching the entrance gate.

Good place to spend time with your loved ones... After entering inside it feels as if it's a whole new world of imagination..... The food is tasty and also the ambience is so good....even though it was a weekend the rush was very less and the service is too good by the staff.

Almost a duplicate of Hotel Sahara Star (Mumbai) We can’t find this same concept (hotel) anywhere else in surat. Ambience is pretty good. Lobby & passage area spacious enough. Rooms are quiet spacious, clean & decent. Every balcony has the same view. Staff is decent & friendly. Recommend for friend groups, as they have a common hall room along with 2 bedrooms.

The flat was huge, clean and well maintained. The price of rooms (offseason) is way cheaper than expected! Highly recommend this home stay!

Best place ever visited. It's a club house with all best facilities provided such as Gym, Restaurant, swimming pool, game zone, spa, etc. The concept on the building is very unique and beautiful. All the Staff is also very good and well trained. We had the best time here enjoying with my kids and friends.

What a stay it was! Amazing property and we'll maintain..Been in Surat many times but this was the first time I found such kind of property at a very budgeted price. And the host Mr. Kalpesh is especially supportive and was always available on call. Thanks for the memorable stay. Go on if you want lavish stay in Surat.

I visited the hotel twice in life I enjoyed the services which they provided to me, the spa is fully maintained by the safeguard services, the outdoor pool has a very clean and good hygienic atmosphere around the hotel

Bad service by the host..they are not responsible for their guests comfort and leisure. The rooms were in very bad state and cleanliness was at par worse specially the bathrooms.. The hotel infrastructure is magnificent and the view from the balcony is pleasant..my stars are for this only..

The rooms weren't clean, they didn't provide coffee and tea sachet, the gyzer didn't work, the blankets had stains, the pillow case had hair. No action was taken even when i asked them to clean. The location is great, but the cleanliness needs to be taken care of

Size is good, amenities in the society of Belliza is good. But: No jacuzzi working - you can't even complain as no one answers. Extra beds, timely toiletries, tv recharge, water all you need to constantly call them and even after that it might not come. So don't expect any good service. Just you get good size 2-bhk with broken doors and cupboards.

Perfect for a family. Super cool ambience and well maintained hygeine. The hospitality was overwhelming and the staff was friendly. Room comfort made my holiday a happy stay. My kids loved it.
