First they started with hair wash they handled very gently and then the haircut process sis handled so gently overall the experience was soo good😌 ❤️

07.09.2023 called them for home service for layered hair cut to my wife.. they have sent Koteswari for work, who did the work really superb, the same hair cut they charge ₹750/- at the salon, now as they have come for home service they charged us ₹1000/- worth the charges.. overall rating, call conversation 5/5 work by Koteswari 5/5

I don't think the staff here is properly trained or taught about hair care. Saw one of the least effective hair spa's worth 1.5k which was hardly for ½ hour. There was no shoulder or neck or back massage. And in the name of dry and damage repair spa, they applied mere conditioner resulting in severe hairfall than before. Do no recommend the services for spa here, rather do it yourself at home with better products. Was suggested using branded shampoos just because the hair was damaged. No knowledge of how an individual's hair texture or scalp works.

Poor hairstyling, saree draping and makeup skills. Patchy makeup done for the bride on the event; they could not drape a saree well or get to a proper hairstyle. The event got delayed by 2 hours because of the incompetence and lack of expertise of the artist. In house services were fine , but bridal services are the worst! Would not recommend any bride to risk it.
