RUN! Ending up in Amarillo TX on a weekend that every legitimate hotel was booked solid proved to be a nightmare when left with this monstrosity as last resort. Checked to discover the dirty room with a broken sliding door that opened to the pool. The sliding door was wide open upon entering the room and wouldnโ€™t fully close. It made the room swampy and musty. Bugs in the bathtub and morgues have better sleeping accommodations. Speaking of the morgue that hallways have the inviting nature of a horror movie hospital. After being in the room all of 5 minutes I quickly checked out demanding a refund. The guy behind the counter was reluctant but with a line of unsuspecting potential customers ready to check-in he quickly relented and amended the matter and I was gone.

This place should be shut down the pictures online are a lie the room are disgusting the office workers are rude and undertrained. They tried to charge me 75$ plus my 30 deposit to get my things that were accidentally left in the suite room that had no running and I had to clean just to be able to be in the room the door was falling off the henges the plugs didn't work the lamp shades were falling apart. And most of the rooms don't even have a TV.

This place should be shut down! I was given a room with no TV, no towels, someone else's dirty linen, a bag of trash, writing on the walls, curtains were shredded, filthy carpet. They advertise a pool, nope.

No working TV in the room. No breakfast as was listed in booking. I knew what I was booking a cheap hotel. Cheapest one in town. What I was looking for was a place that was dog friendly and that had a pool. This place had both. I would not stay more than a night. Bring your own sheets. Which we did because we camping later in our trip we bought frebreeze to get rid of the cigarette smell. We had an iPad and I speaker for TV for the kids . The people staying "living" there were super nice and friendly. Staff was also very nice. They tried to fix TV was not able to. The place just got new management and they are remodeling. Still have long way to go. If you are looking for place to rest your head for a night and have your own sheets. This is a good deal

I visited this motel once in 2018 then again on the 23rd of June 2022 then visited again on the 29 of June 2022. I think for the price this place is fantastic. Okay yeah it is not Motel 6 or those other name brand places but for the price and the amenities, its GREAT. I give it 5 because Price, Customer service and cleanliness of the room makes this place SURB. CHECK them out. Say the blk dude from California recommend you

I literally just needed a place to sleep. Next time I'm just sleeping in the car. Clerk didn't show me to my room, tell me where it was, let me know that certain doors weren't working to get to the room ๐Ÿ™ƒ. There are no amenities. None. Just sleep in the car and save your money. I didn't even shower bc the whole room was sketch/dirty. The kind of dirt only renovations can remove. I'd give 0-0.5 stars if I could. Also, I saw 0 black ppl in this town. But I was only there for the night. Be careful and stay safeโœŠ๐Ÿพ!

No wifi, green pool. The longest you could book for online was 28 days so I had 3 reservations for 28 days each. After the first 4 weeks they demanded that I completely vacate the room before allowing me to check in for the next 4 weeks. I canceled the two remaining reservations. When you stay in the cheapest, nastiest place in town, expect the cheapest, nastiest service.

The Gentleman that helped us was very Nice . Very Nice. He came to our room to check on us before he left for the day. The rooms need to be updated. But there working on that. And I'm only staying until my house is finished for move in. And it's perfect for that. Priced very reasonable and has anything you need.

Rooms are dirty. Sheets were stained and had blood on them. Ceiling in bathroom fell in. Carpets dingy and smelled of cigarettes. Windows were broken and taped up. No phone,tv,only one bed reserved for two. Fighting almost every night. Drug deals going down in the parking lot. No swimming pool or gym as advertised. The small fridge only froze instead of just keeping cold. And the price you pay is way too much for such a bad room

I travel a lot around the country and I can compare very different motels. I understand that you shouldn't expect much from a cheap hotel. But this hotel is absolutely terrible. It would be better to sleep in the car. It's just money down the drain. I arrived late at the hotel. It was almost 12 at night. Then I searched for a lobby for a long time. They are under construction and finding a lobby is not easy. And the night front desk wasn't in place, so I didn't find it right away. Then I was given a form to fill out with bank card details, ID and much more. I see this for the first time. There was a burned-out car in front of my room. Inside the room is very dirty and there is little light. One light blinks. There is no hot water at all. Shower faucets broken. Light switch disassembled. It's just not safe. And at 8 in the morning I was awakened by an insistent knock on the door, because the front desk wanted to see me. The hotel pays money to relax and take a shower. And people assume that at least the basic things work. I highly do not recommend this motel. This place must be avoided. Book any other motel and this will definitely be the best solution!

Noticed improvements being made. Definitely heading in the right direction. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Canโ€™t wait to see the place when all the work is done!

I recently had surgery and needed a room for the night. The front desk employee Rachel was awesome. She made sure I received a room close and downstairs. There was no way after surgery I would have been able to get to the second floor. Rachel helped me carry my stuff to the room and get settled in. Rachel went above and beyond providing customer service. There needs to be more people like Rachel who not only does a great job but cares about her guests. This hotel is lucky to have such a person work for them.

No no no. First room toilet seal leaked flooded room. Second room no curtains, no towels, no toilet paper, no tv, no trash can. The noise from the room above never stopped. At midnight the ceiling started gushing water and flooding my room. No way to get a hold of anyone at the front desk so I just left. Hope I get a refund I never used the room it was a waste of time and money.

This place is a joke. Booked a room online and went over to get checked in. Front counter person didn't even know what she was doing and she is the manager there. She has an ex that she trespassed that stays in the next parking lot screaming her name all night. Couldn't get any sleep at all, the cops were called every night. The screaming wouldn't stop til 4 or 5 in the morning some nights. The place is ran by meth heads half the place is burnt down. They go and beat on the doors every morning instead of calling the rooms. There are no amenities in the rooms what so ever. Had to wait 3 days for a TV for the room just to find out there was no reason to have it. There was no cable whatsoever. In my opinion just stay away from here. My foot was supposedly fixed before I got the room just for the damn thing to break after opening it three times. When I did lock it I had to cling in and out of my window and hope no one noticed my window was unlocked. The owner swears he is going to whip it into place but refuses to actually listen to his workers on what needs to be done. STAY AWAY FROM HERE

Horrible place. Completely run down. Charges "extra" to place TV in the room. Filthy and dusty, the manager (I guess) is a liar and doesn't know how to do his job. People were actively breaking into rooms, tried 45 minutes to check in and then they stole my money.
