I have been seen by Dr. Long, PA Kristen, and NP Stephanie. Each of them has been attentive and supportive. The staff is always polite and helpful. I am so glad that my husband and I found this clinic when we needed to find a doctor after our move to Lubbock. I highly recommend these health care providers.

The staff at Lubbock Cooper Health Center are very friendly and welcoming! Dr. Long has been my doctor for a while and he has always been very explanatory with anything that I have gone in there for. Very empathetic & understanding medical professionals that offer a refreshingly cleanly environment that follows universal protection protocols to protect patients, staff and others from communicable diseases. Such attention to detail despite the lifting of previous pandemic compliance requirements are and should remain paramount always. Those who are required to physically be in a medical facility (non virtual visits) with patients, family members and staff the could have compromised immune systems, can rest assured that the quality of care at this location is very compliant and I would recommend this facility and staff to others due to my first impression of the medical group as I did have a first visit there today (7/14/2023). Walked in Friday afternoon under the weather. They saw me quickly and got me the medicine needed to get me back on my feet. Quickest doctors visit I’ve had. High recommend.

Very accommodating. Dr. Long and his staff are awesome. The nurse who did all the test is very nice and she explained everything about the tests. The phlebotomist did a good job getting my blood. The place is clean and well organized. Very happy with my experience.

I called to set up care with Dr Long as my PCP and had an appointment the following week. They did an annual check up and was very thorough. In and out in less than hour! Dr Long was very knowledgeable and broke it down in a way that I could understand it. And the rest of the staff was very friendly with a smile on their face. Definitely happy with Dr Long as my physician!

Great staff, very helpful and polite. Dr. Long was very good with his assessment and not to aggressive or eager to load me with a bunch of prescriptions. Truly recommend this to anyone.

My visit was to establish as a new patient and I was extremely impressed with the professionalism of everyone there and really appreciated Dr. Long taking time to explain everything to me in detail. I didn't feel like it was rushed and they were thorough in all they did.

All the staff are super friendly and accommodating, cheerful a d helpful. Dr.Long is a straight forward Doctor and I like that, he does dance around the subject matter and makes sure you understand everything you need to know. Love this place.

The Doctor came in explaining things to as well took care of me with lots of care . i fell so much better today . Awesome staff! Everyone was super friendly the physicians are very informative and very thorough with all testing. Great team and highly recommend coming to Lubbock Cooper Health Center.

First time visit and I loved it. I’m am glad I was recommended to use them as my primary care. Staff was friendly and helpful. They offer in house lab work and X-rays so that’s a big plus, takes the hassle of having to be sent somewhere else to finish up a visit if you need blood work or a x ray done.

The Dr Garrison was amazing. She gave excellent care. The staff were polite and professional. My husband loves Dr Long as well. 10/10 and highly recommend. Best doctor’s office in Lubbock for adults.

Dr Long has been my PCP for about 4 years now and he's a great doctor. I first started seeing him at the Lakeridge UMC clinic and he's always helped me and made me feel like he actually cares about me. I love the new clinic and the doctors and nurses are all great! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new health clinic.

Dr. David Long and his entire staff are consummate professionals. They truly care about their patients and take the time to listen to you. As busy as they are, I've never felt like I was being rushed. The entire staff is friendly, courteous, and kind hearted. I am truly blessed to have Dr. Long as my PCP.

From entrance to being called in the back, everything was a smooth flow. Front desk employees greeted me and were eager to help. I had my annual here and the testing done was above what I expected. Everything was so thorough that I left there feeling confident in my health care and choice of new PCP that was truly phenomenal.

So Dr. Long and Dr. Garrison are freaking awesome, I went to them one time and have kept going since. They always make me feel at home and are so down to earth. The staff are amazing and always chat with me like you are family.
