    I am thrilled to share my positive review of the event focused on yogic solutions for female gynecological problems by Yog Dharana Studio!     Visited Yog Dharana, for my calf-muscle pain. I was literally not able to stand, walk for more than 10 minutes. The pain was so bad that sometimes it was becoming difficult for me to walk from one room to another.. Then I came to know about Yog Dharana a Yoga Studio and Yoga Therapy Centre and met Dharana Rathod a Yoga Therapist and the owner. She has highly evolved listening skills, good observation power, she also is a good communicator and a good Yoga Therapist, that is my conclusion. She listened my problem very carefully and patiently, understood my problem then designed a program for me accordingly. Today I am relieved from pain, I can stand, walk for long time and without break. I am free from pain. Thanks a lot to Dharana Rathod, Yoga Therapist.

    I have joined Yoga classes at Yog Dharana. I feel very energetic throught day! Before I joined yog Dharana , I had many health issues like headache, shoulder pain , back pain, dizziness, vomiting. Due to these health issues I had to visit doctor every month! Thanks to Dharanamam. I have not visited doctor since I have joined Yoga class! I have attached a photo of class gathering on Mam's birthday! ,πŸ˜€

    Pregnancy yoga dharana guided me throughout my pregnancy with whatever issues/concerns I had. I started yoga sessions with her from the third month right till the 9th month, and I think that was the best choice I made. I was not tired like how people think of pregnant ladies but full of energy, vitality and force. And I owe this all to the exercise, diet and mentality- all of which dharana had a lot to add in. She is a keen listener and an absolute darling in regards to how she cared for me. Made sure I was comfortable and pushed me when needed. From the seventh month, I started experiencing pelvic girdle pain, since I was a first time mom, dharana quickly took this up with experts and helped me to cope with this through exercises and it was a great help. All in all, she's the best. I have yet to meet a person who is as dedicated, calm, persistent and caring.

    I joined yog dharana six month back , earlier I felt yoga was boring and only for the elder people but my perspective towards yoga has changed in this journey . Yoga is more then just flexibility and meditation . It teaches how to live our life and many more things . With the perfect mentorship which yog dharana provides, an individual can experience immense happiness and calmness. I'm thankful that I'm the part of yog dharana !

    It is beautiful place to learn yoga and to keep yourself healthy. Mam is very nice. She make us comfortable to learn yoga. Healthy and very positive environment. It is almost 4 months feeling energetic and wonderful experience. Thank you so much mam for your support.

    "I had the privilege of attending a yoga class at Yog Dharana! Dharanama’am is an exceptional teacher who is not only incredibly knowledgeable about yoga but also patient and cool. The atmosphere in the class was so welcoming, and the teacher's guidance made the practice enjoyable and accessible. I felt supported throughout the session and learned a lot. This class has truly enriched my yoga journey, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a positive and educational yoga experience

    Dharana, the lady made believe that adapting to a healthy lifestyle is easy! More than a Yoga Centre, it's a family to me. The way she explains the benefits of Yoga is exceptional. Kind, humane and simply the best - describes it all.

    Yog Dharana is an amazing place to find your happiness.Dharna mam is a very good teacher. She was explaining not only the asnas,but also the wider meaning of practicing yoga and how to related it into our everyday lives.     Practicing yoga with YogDharna has changed my perspective on life.After each session I feel calm and peaceful. Yoga is a great way to relieve your stress, which Dharna helps to achieve by sharing positive thoughts, meditating and controlled breathing .She has an excellent yoga environment that help you relax your mind and body.She is very patient to teach you yoga poses by correcting your postures and alignment until you get it right. What I like about her is she understands your problem/health issues and teaches yoga accordingly.

    I suffer from plantar fascitis and pain around the neck, back and shoulders. Joining Dharanas yoga class proved a boon to me. She specifically helped me with yogic asanas to counter the pain areas. Her knowledge and zeal to help her students out is commendable.

Joining Yog Dharana proved to be a life-changing experience for me. Under the guidance of Dharana mam, I started practicing yoga regularly, and within a few weeks, I started noticing a positive change in my behavior and mood. I became more active and responsive, and my interest in activities started to increase. I am delighted to say that my depression symptoms have reduced significantly since I joined the classes. During my March 2023 clinic visit, my doctor was pleased with my progress and reduced my medication dose from 3 to 1.5, which is a massive improvement. I am incredibly grateful to Dharana mam for taking such effective yoga classes, which helped me reduce my symptoms and improve my quality of life. Thank you again to Dharana mam for helping me overcome my struggles and regain control of my life.

    Yog Dharana is a great place for yoga. Dharana mam is good teacher and also good yoga therapist. I feel very healthy and stress free after joining Yoga. Womens health awareness workshop was my first event with Yog Dharana and it was very wonderful experience , really helpful and informative and feel me inspired and active. Thank you mam..

    Yoga With Dharana mam is Amazing, she really encourage you doing your best, with her classes I've actually felt the whole benifit of one pose in my whole body, she aware of so many details and help the student get the best of it.     I have joined Yog dharana class one month back. Yog dharana is best place for me to learn yoga and Dharana mam is sothe best yoga teacher she not only teachs us yoga but so many life lessons which are very positive and good for our life . Before joining yoga class I was suffering from back pain problem but after joining yoga class it reduce very much. I am very happy with Yog DharanaπŸ™‚

    It's only been a month now and we (my mother in law and I) are very happy with our decision to join yoga. It keeps you refreshed and relaxed throughout the day. I am also improving flexibility. I recommend everyone, join yoga and yoga is not just an exercise but it will control your whole body. Of course, Yoga is good for your health.     Doing yoga everyday helped me feel more energetic, improved my digestion and flexibility. It helped me to know the inside of me and I eventually learned the importance of yoga and a healthy body. I noticed many changes within me and I would give all the credit to my teacher, Miss Dharana. Also I'm happy to choose the perfect place to practice yoga as she is a ideal yoga teacher.

    Yog Dharana Is Not Just for Asana & Pranayama But Key To Be Healthy & Happy Leaving with Inner peace. Teacher is very professional, well experienced and have deep knowledge about yoga. Here is conduct 3 classes every day - and also offer individual guidance to accommodate all needs. I am facing to much medical issues. But after i joint yog dharana I was just feeling relaxed and confident day by day. She trying to solve our medical problems through exercise and also meditation. If you want to relieve some stress and improve your health, you will find a path at Yog Dharana. I highly recommend it...

    Yoga Benefitted me a lot and the knowledge of dharana Mam is immense so it helped me to do yoga in right manner.After the Sessions with Dharana mam, I felt much more relaxed.She gives spiritual teachings also along with yoga so My doubts regarding certain things gets cleared.
