Best yoga instructor. Deepali madam understands our health issues and accordingly moulds us towards better life style. Her mediations are just mind blowing. My favorite too. I had severe acidity ,stiffness in neck n shoulders , under her guidance diet and regular yoga has improved my life. All the best to deepali madam.

I am very satisfied with this yoga class. I am enjoying being taught by Ms. Deepali and found her extremely patience and knowledgeable. The class- yoga, meditation, garbsanskaar are all exceptional and helpful for me.

Best Yoga Teacher in the city... I was searching for the online yoga teacher for months, contacted so many yoga teachers from nearby areas, and then finally got Deepali Mam's number on Google. She is the best and most interactive with her students, correcting postures personally. I am learning so much every day during her sessions. Deepali Mam takes time to explain the benefits of every yoga posture and asana. During meditation sessions, it feels like much-needed self-time, and it's relaxing, rejuvenating, and peaceful.

I highly recommend Deepali Mam yoga classes. She is a good human being and one of the best yoga instructor.

The sequence of asanas the instructor teaches is awesome even while doing some advance asanas you'll feel calm as you'll be starting it from basic asanas and then advance....location is nice, clean and well maintained....Deepali madam also does asana correction at each point...worth attending her classes.

Deepali Ma'am is the best Yoga teacher in Kalyan East. She has proper knowledge about the subject and hence doing Yoga along with her is so much fun.
