I am a sales person. Every month i go to mohanpur. And 2,3 times stayed in shobha samrat. But i dont like this hotel. His manager and owner behavior with customer is rude and worst. Monopoly in that market. If someone ask. I don't suggest anyone to stay in sobha samrat hotel. Theare are few other hotel you can stay their.

Pros: Nice hotels for to stay. Best in the rate segment. Politeness of owner staff Internet and very clean and hygiene. Balcony. Cons: no dine in. And no other amenities except room. Overall really good. Highly recommended.
