The hotel itself is very modern and has a sophisticated and cool feel to it. We had lunch and mentioned we would be splitting everything, they were highly accommodating and brought everything out already on separate plates! The doors can be slid open so you are truly dining alfresco! I️ can not wait to return. The food was absolutely delicious, a step above most Guatemalan restaurants for sure.

Noise, noise, noise. For the price they charge you are better off somewhere else around 4am you will be woken up by traffic add up the dog fights all night long a couple of gunshots coming from the city below. Around 9am there will be a a storm of people rushing to the pools so tranquility like you probably read on other reviews are false. Staff and food no complaints at all. My stay was so bad including other guests for the time i was there to start first night i found my self fighting mosquitoes all night long and of course NOISE. The second morning no hot water. By the way forgot to mentioned it was room #6

Beautiful place with amazing views! It is Super clean, friendly & peaceful. Oliver is a really good guy, very kind & helpful with luggage & explaining things to us. All the staff is great & helpful too. Really good food. Also the pools are amazing! Dont forget your spf, i burned a bit haha. I would recommended to anyone that needs to get away & wants a peaceful place.

Great hotel! Loved the stay and that the hotel guests had access to their own pool and jacuzzi, separate from Santa Teresita. Oliver was so helpful and kind in bringing our bags to the room and explaining how everything works. Great prices for what you get! Hope to be back again!

Beautiful grounds, the rooms were very special, with living roofs and wonderful sheets. All the pools were fun and the kids had a great time. The restaurant was wonderful also. Staff was helpful and profesional.

Amazing! I highly recommend this place. The rooms are beautiful and the food is amazing. Definitely worth the stay, but there were a lot of children and families during my stay there.
