I
effing
love
this
hostel!
I
have
stayed
here
many
days.
I
love
all
of
the
people
that
work
and
run
the
place,
they
are
all
super
friendly
and
accomodating.
I
had
some
dental
work
done
and
felt
very
well
taken
care
of
by
them
after
the
procedure.
This
hostel
is
also
affordable
and
I
love
the
breakfast
that
is
included
because
the
jam
for
the
toast
is
homemade
and
you
get
to
sit
around
a
big
table
and
eat
with
other
travelers.
The
location
is
near
the
airport,
central,
and
makes
getting
around
the
city
easy.
They
are
near
the
hipster
artsy
zone
and
also
the
business
district
so
I
felt
fine
as
a
solo
female
traveler
walking
around
by
myself
in
the
day
and
occasionally
at
night
too,
though
of
course
I
recommend
caution
when
doing
night
walks
in
all
big
cities
in
the
world.
They
give
free
rides
to
the
airport
and
free
drop
offs
to
catch
paid
shuttles
to
other
locations
in
the
country
that
they
organize
for
you.
One
of
the
owners,
Marcos,
runs
daily
bike
tours
and
is
very
educated
about
the
rich
history
and
current
state
of
affairs
in
Guatemala.
Sometimes
the
bike
tours
run
8
hours
long
because
he
is
so
passionate
about
sharing
his
knowledge!
Some
of
the
issues
he
brings
up
are
really
serious,
including
environmentalism
and
social
justice,
thereby
educating
foreigners
on
various
ways
they
can
check
their
privilege
when
traveling
in
Guatemala.
Because
of
the
seriousness
of
some
of
the
things
he
brings
up
he
can
come
off
a
little
abrasive,
but
I
see
he
really
genuinely
cares
about
his
country
and
all
the
travelers
that
visit,
so
I
appreciate
and
respect
him
greatly
for
the
time
and
care
he
shows
for
all
his
relations.
He's
a
big
softy
really!
:-D
Bonus,
there
is
a
good
coffee
shop
nearby
called
Cafe
Divino
that
serves
local
Guatemalan
coffee
that
they
roast,
and
they
do
great
extractions.
