The
equipment
and
the
trainers
in
the
gym
are
fine.
I
would
have
continued
if
not
for
the
bad
experiences
regarding
my
membership.
1.
I'd
taken
an
annual
membership
around
December
2019.
The
lockdown
occured
and
then
gym
closed
down
for
about
6-7
months.
In
this
time
I'd
communicated
with
the
staff
of
the
gym
by
email.
They
recommended
that
I
do
not
pause
my
membership
and
that
they
would
extend
my
valid
membership
and
once
I
renewed
they
would
give
me
45
days
extra.
When
I
finally
returned
they
refused
to
give
me
more
than
45
days
even
though
they'd
been
closed
for
about
6
months
of
my
annual
membership.
After
I'd
had
multiple
talks
with
the
staff
with
my
friends
they
ended
up
agreeing
to
about
4
months
probably
since
they
did
not
want
someone
to
make
a
scene.
2.
After
this
experience
I'd
come
again
in
around
February-march
2021
with
a
friend
to
take
a
new
membership.
After
my
first
experience
I
had
my
doubts
about
this
place
but
I
enjoyed
the
facilities
so
I
recommended
it
to
my
friend.
We
asked
the
staff
what
would
occur
if
the
same
situation
of
lockdown
occured,
and
he
clearly
stated
he'd
give
us
a
refund.Neither
of
us
would
have
taken
another
membership
at
this
gym
without
this
guarantee.
Lockdown
occured
again,
we
went
back
and
asked
for
a
refund,
they
refused
and
said
they'd
never
said
anything
of
the
sort.
I
stopped
using
the
gym's
facilities
following
this
and
do
not
recommend
anyone
taking
risks
with
your
money
with
the
membership
here.
TLDR:
would
not
recommend
a
long
term
membership
at
this
gym
or
even
a
short
term
one
since
there
is
no
guarantee
they
will
stick
to
their
term
Update
after
owner
replied:
1)
I
don't
know
where
you
got
those
dates
from.
They
are
incorrect.
I
returned
to
manipal
around
December
2020.
And
after
having
multiple
talks
with
the
manager
,
they
agreed
to
extend
by
4
months
which
I
attended
in
Jan
till
about
March-April
time.
I
was
given
a
4
month
extension
when
the
gym
reopened
after
the
first
lockdown.
They
did
not
give
me
any
receipt
or
offical
notice
which
was
strange
.It
was
only
based
on
trust.
2)
I
then
proceeded
to
renew
my
membership
about
3
weeks
before
the
second
lockdown
along
with
my
friend.
We
were
both
told
we
would
get
a
refund
otherwise
we
would
not
have
taken
that
3
month
membership.
3)
my
friend(srivatsav)
as
well
i
paid
for
a
3
month
membership
around
march-april
2021
and
we
have
the
bank
statement
for
it.
Please
check
your
record
again.
4)
about
the
refund,
it's
a
situation
where
we
were
told
one
thing
and
later
the
person
changed
their
statement.
I
know
which
person
it
is
though
I
do
not
know
his
name.
The
refund
was
the
only
reason
I
extended
my
membership
after
what
happened
previously.
5)
once
the
second
lockdown
ended
in
July
2021
I
attended
the
gym
for
2
months
as
I
was
only
given
2
months
extension
again
only
by
word
of
mouth
and
no
receipt.
6)
i
paid
for
a
total
membership
period
of
1
year
and
3
months
during
the
time
I
worked
out
at
superhuman.
I
was
not
given
the
whole
duration.
7)
the
four
month
extension
period
(from
April
to
Aug
2021)
that
you
mentioned
was
during
second
lockdown.
8)
I
would
never
have
minded
renewing
my
membership
as
I
enjoyed
the
gym
facilities
but
situations
like
this
break
a
person's
trust
in
the
gym.
I
do
not
need
to
lie
or
get
even
a
day
more
than
what
I
paid
for
but
not
being
given
what
was
stipulated
when
you
take
a
membership
is
a
very
bad
situation
If
you
want
to
clarify
this
over
call,
you
can
contact
me
using
my
number
registered
with
the
gym.
