One of the lesser-known beaches in Udupi. Beautiful white sand, clean water-ideal place to sit and watch sunset. Not recommended to swim here as there are no lifeguards. Please do not throw away alcohol bottles or plastic wrappers and maintain the cleanliness of the beach.

Best place to visit in the evening with family. A perfect sunset, fisherman catching fish and anglers hogging along. A picturesque spot for visitors.

What a breathtaking view of beach on one side and the broad river on the other side along the route!!!!!! Must take beach road if you are in Udupi along Mattu - Malpe - Kodi Bengre beach road. Calm surroundings. Lot of egrets, seabirds can be seen playing on the river. Thousands of birds of same species gather here to take rest and cool bath in the midst of river on the dried sand ground. We witnessed their dance and play. So soothing to watch it with the bear eyes. Beach is quite deeper. So avoid swimming or playing with the water.

This beach is situated opposite to Malpe sea walk and the beach is one of the unexplored beaches near Udupi. The soft, golden sand underfoot, coupled with the rhythmic sound of waves, created a serene atmosphere. The scenic beauty, enhanced by vibrant sunsets, made every moment a postcard-worthy experience.

Calm and peaceful beach. Would request the locals to charge for parking so that it can be maintained.

A very quiet and secluded beach that not many people know about. It is located near malpe beach and is not commercialized like the latter. If you want a beach with a unique view and want to enjoy the rock walkways (they lined throughout the beach) then this is the place for you to go.

After visiting Udupi so many times, this is the first time ever that I have been to this beach. That's to give you an idea of how less explored this beach is. And the less explored the better. This beach is magical. Simply one of the best beaches I have visited so far. It is so scenic and so clean. Less crowded. We got in time to catch the sunset and it was simply heavenly. So good to spend some quiet quality time with your loved ones. You will truly enjoy your time at the beach. To top that the journey to the beach is also filled with scenery and the roads are good, so driving or riding is not a problem. There is a spacious parking area. Just simply loved this beach. Its a must visit.

Hidden from rest of the world ... It's a quiet beach on the other side of Malpe. Not crowded by the tourists. So you won't even find shops to buy snacks here. Good for spending evenings. The beach is shallow and safe. There are no lifeguards here. So better be responsible while playing in water.

We went to end point of this padukere beach and had a good sunset between two rock islands. Very less crowded and pleasent view. Waves were not at all wild(in December)and it's a kid friendly beach. Note: No shops available around here

Beach is clean and less crowded. There are not much food stalls but for enjoying a evening breeze near the beach this is the perfect place. If you are a person who don’t like much crowded beach then this might excite you.

A beautiful beach, still far from tourists over board like malpe. Stunning sunsets. Friendly locals. Please don't litter this beach.

Padukere Beach in Udupi is a hidden gem that deserves more recognition. During my visit, I was pleasantly surprised by the untouched beauty and tranquility of this beach. Unlike the more popular beaches in the area, Padukere offers a peaceful and serene atmosphere, making it an ideal spot for relaxation and solitude. The beach is pristine, with soft golden sand and clear turquoise waters. The gentle waves and shallow shores make it safe for swimming, especially for families with children. The beach is also surrounded by lush greenery, creating a picturesque backdrop and providing shade on sunny days. One of the highlights of Padukere Beach is the mesmerizing sunset. Watching the sun dip below the horizon while casting a golden glow on the water is a truly magical experience. Although the beach lacks commercial establishments and tourist crowds, it is equipped with basic facilities such as parking spaces. For those seeking a peaceful beach getaway away from the hustle and bustle, Padukere Beach is a hidden paradise waiting to be discovered.
